Marginally convenient, this app really is a pain to use. the Interface is unintuitive, has no means of setting preferences and it arbitrarily loses credentials. It's unecessarily hard to set up and is rife with vague errors, the most descriptive one says "Generic Error." Damn near useless app.
Sorry but its terrible. Have never been able to login. I get an error msg. Thought it was my wrong pw or user name. Nope. The app let me know when it was wrong. Won't log me in with the correct info. Just the same error msg stating there's an "End of stem on connection" Used WiFi with all my bars as well as my phone data. No change.
This app makes time management and scheduling much more difficult than it needs to be with unexplained acronyms, and a confusing and often nonsensical UI. Dont even consider using it.
user not logged in......this is so frustrating. some coworkers don't have any problems. I just read so many reviews where it's a ongoing issue! Fix it all ready......
Before this week and having to reset my password, I was able to login. Since resetting my password today, I am unable to log in and keep getting an error message.
This app is not working! It was working fine a few weeks ago and now I get a message that says "user not logged." Need help fixing this app.
unable to log in had to uninstall then did not recognize my sign in information or my ip address. uninstalling very poor application

Stupid login bug. Not fixed tested it on android 6 and 8 new and old phone. I could log on with htttps in servername but after a while i forgets my info. When i enter the gave login info it keeps giving me a User not logged error. Only after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it can i log in. NOT an android google regression bug since it happens on android 8 as well. And not a server config issue from my company.
The amount of money some of the companies that use this waste of time and energy app are worth and they can't invest in a better alternative is disgusting. Same 2 errors all of the time either 'Generic Error' or 'User Not Logged' Update: tried clearing data, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling and same nonsensical answers from within the app. Generic Error or User Not Logged.
Quite literally the most poorly designed scheduling app there is. Amazing that a company with a $3.4 billion market cap can't hire a designer or two. Full of bugs and glitches, logs you out constantly for no reason (meaning you have to re-input the server address over and over) and then the way the schedules are actually displayed is terribly counterintuitive (it defaults to midnight, for example).
