Very user friendly and well designed app. You can configure it as you want. It's very easy to control your security system through the app.
Awful company. They miss-sell and then want to charge for a system that is not adequate. Constantly having false triggers and they turn half of the system off meaning any one is free to access as long as they don't use the front door. We are now locked in a legal battle as I am out Almost £1000 for an alarm that doesn't work or be monitored apropriotly.
Have no bad or extra good experiences. Does what I need it to well (I'm not primary user though)
Good app I can't deny it. Notifications are great and no issues there. Unfortunately I have to cancel my subscription soon. Verisure raise the price 10% every year without motivation. I started with 350 /month and now for 2022 I will start paying 500/ month. Too expensive and imagine in 5 years what it will cost
Unable to update so I now can't set my alarm! How stupid is Verisure!!
i lost this app off my phone & every time i go into it to get control of my alarm it keeps telling me my user name &activaion number is wrong also that they have no phone number for my account strange as i am billed every mounth & have no control over my system when i am out
Usability could be better. When I am already logged in to the app as admin of the house, there shouldn't be a need to enter password to add or change users passcodes for the door locks, locking/unlocking the doors myself etc. Weird that I can't view users passcodes, can only change or delete them. And when I do need to constantly identify myself when already logged in, having the ability to use fingerprint for that would be nice. Would be nice to have integration with Google Home and similar.
I can't find anywhere else to report bugs, so you get this one-star review instead. The one-time SMS code entry double-registers the characters you enter, so it is impossible to log in and the app is useless. Try using the normal widgets that come with Android next time, they are way more likely to work.
Good app! However the alarm clock feature did not handle the summer time change correctly. The alarm clock did not go off this morning after DST change. I also remember there was a similar issue when the DST happened in the fall last year
Frustratingly slow when you need to let someone in remote. First it can take 2-3 minutes to start the app (even with a 500mbit internet). Then suddenly the app refuses to do anything unless you immediately update. Not being able to trust the app makes it useless.
As of this morning 6:30 am, I can no longer use the app. Error on landing screen overlays all content, does not respond, restarting app does not help. When interacting too much (trying again) it crashes. Worst error handlening I have seen in a while.
Latest update ruined the app. Every time I try to open the app it now says "Unable to authenticate." Now I can no longer access my alarm remotely. Edited after calling Verisure customer service today: I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did so, and it fixed the problem. I now give 3 stars instead of 1. No more than that, because the error message was so cryptic that I had to call them.
Working when it wants. A long time customer of verisure and it's app. I have because it's the only way but I would change when ever the first chance. Connection slow. Not very user friendly.
Latest version (April 2019) is a big step forward. Both usability and features greatly improved. Especially the card style approach is moving into the right direction. Would be a 5 star if everything was possible via the app and not via web links to the MyPages website.
The worst service... I've had many installed in different places but this one is the worst. Very expensive installation and nothing works All I have is bunch of error messages and many service technicians visits... nothing works, my house is unprotected and it cost me money for installation , monthly service fees and lots of headache. I don't recommend it to anyone
easy to use, and works 100% of the time so far. just miss a dark mode, or grey mode so it's not as bright..
does not work at all after latest update, the lock icons disappeared and can't log in, states an error. Again, widgets don't work!! 2020.09.21
Security Risk You have adress of my property that you are meant to be securing on home page when you open app. If my phone is snatched from my hand while using.. someone will have open access to deactivate the verisure system and they will know my full address.. Not sensible
new update does NOT turn alram on and off consistently. old app did with high reliability. this is the core of the app's use case. please fix.
The new version is useless as the small widgets have been removed, and replaced by huge ones that are not scalable.
Arm / disarm notifications not working after update on November 7th. [edit] push notifications are working again after the latest update on November 8th.
Does the work but the configuration part has a highly confusing UX making it very frustrating to fimd the settings you are looking for.
Need fingerprint !!!!! Its ridiculous to stand by the door and having to put in 6 digits code every time you want to open door . Fingerprint rules !!!! ( Android app).PLEASEEEEEE ! You can have 5 stars then...
When using two heat pumps - changing temp on one (via app) actually changes the set temp on both pumps. :( Verisure need to update the list of supported heat pumps from Panasonic.
Could the smart button be placed already at the home view? It would save 2 extra clicks. What happened to the stylish silver app icon?
there has been so many server outages and issues for the past week or so, with no information about any of them, that I'm really starting to worry about the reliability of their services. it should be one of the main priorities, but i guess not.
This update is a mess. Please go back to the previous version. Performance has deteriorated. More than one minute to reach my homepage !
Worked well for a long time, but since ca. last 6 months, notifications not always being made. Verisure call centre or e-mail contact without response / solution
So far bad, the app is quite slow and basic functions freeze, especially the cameras loads whenever they wants, and this is not only an app issue but also from the website.
