Horrible experience. Can not open or access my cloud, gives me "error downloading application configuration" message. Contacted Verizon support and the issue is still not resolved. I wish I never started using Verizon cloud, it is not reliable and I cannot access the important documents that I saved in the cloud now and the Verizon tech told me it might take weeks, months for them to resolve it or I might not be able to access my documents at all. WTH! I am paying for this???

Works OK. Needs a bunch of work though. Deleting pictures requires selecting, then clicking 3dot menu and selecting delete. Really? How about a manage screen with icons to move delete, download, etc. After deleting a picture, it returns you to the top of the list, so you have to scroll down through hundreds of pics to pick up where you left off. - not very user friendly.

My God. Just after reading the reviews on the Cloud app and the newly update Messages + app, I suddenly don't know if I want Verizon services or products at all anymore. I've been a customer for 15+ years. No problems. It sounds like everything has gone to hell with this company. I'm thinking now of switching. Verizon, get it together. Lots of people talking about this.

Since I upgraded to my new S22 Ultra, the app won't back up my data bc is says it needs permissions. The ONE button not turned on is grayed out and I have tried everything in my power to fix it to no avail -- even though it indicates all permissions allowed. When I spend this much $$$ on a phone, I expect EVERYTHING to work properly. Do better, Verizon!

One minute all I could do was scroll but when I clicked share on a picture the app froze on the loading screen and was stuck like that for a while so I closed it but when I opened it again it loads the opening screen and freezes. Doesnt work at all now. Even when it was working i couldn't click on a picture, it would freeze on the loading screen as well. This app used to work fine in 2018 but now it doesn't at all.

After upgrading to the Samsung S22ultra and upgrading my plan to the most expensive plan Verizon has, which they required. I can no longer use this app. Keeps telling it cannot connect to the server. Verizon has been no help. All my photos are gone. Can't even get the cloud to open on my computer. Pissed is not really covering my feelings on this. Avoid thus app at all costs.

Keeps telling me that it needs permission to back up but the button needed is grayed out & will not let me, so in notifications, it will not go away & never backs up in storage. I pay to have extra storage & alot for having Verizon for my family. Also I have had to contact Verizon 4 x's already regarding visual voice mail because it never works. Ready to switch companys!!

Very frustrated with the lack of messages able to be restored fully. Ongoing issue. No one is able to fix this or help me. However, this happened in March, and one person was able to help me, but since, no one else can. I shouldn't have issues like this repeat. And, often, content is out of order. Frustrating.

Cloud uploads/backups have not been complete for me. Disappointed with Basic Cloud support limitations to Contacts only. A bette, more comprehensive cloud service should be included with the Unlimited Verizon Mobile plans. Getting worn out with everything being a Nickle and dime add-on under the guise of "giving the customer flexibility".

This app is horrible. I've tried to down it numerous times & put the same info in everytime but tells me it's wrong everytime. It's a joke, right? No wonder they give it away for free. If I had to pay for it, I'd switch to a different carrier. Good luck

I thought I have been enrolled and doing what is needed to save all information from this phone for the last year and a half...factory reset to the surprise that I wasn't set up for cloud correctly! Shame on you Verizon for not sending an easier to read notice for cloud enrollment. Thought I was safe all along...

Can not even get on the app after upgrading to 600gb plan. Just loads the opening screen for like 3 seconds and then tells me error downloading application configuration. Have seen multiple replys where others cant get on aswell and none of them have been solved. Kind of an insult to upgrade my plan and in return cant backup anything to the cloud.

App stopped working after update. "Phone Storage Access" required, but won't enable. Instucts me to go to settings to turn on "Storage Permission," but this isn't an option in the menu. My settings also show "No Permissions Denied." Please help?

Complete garbage for transferring your files from your old phone to your new one. Apps wont transfer, some messages do, pictures seem to have transferred. Errored out twice and had to start the process over which takes hours not minutes.

Fix your shity app, ive had Verizon for years and never had any problem with backing up my pics or videos of moments I'd love to keep especially of my daughter taken her first baby steps to me... tech said Uninstall I did now the app gives some bs saying can do something on line or something along those lines and just buffers like it's trying to back up my contacts and so forth but nothing...... as much money as a bill is for version yall need to fix this bs when us paying customers get shifted

I'm finding out it's very difficult to retreive photos from cloud archive. I've been waiting 9 days now to see if verizon cloud? comes through with them!! I'm am very distrustful now if they even HAVE any of my older photos! Wouldn't recommend cloud storage for this reason

App won't let me change to the only phone that I own. It is set for a phone I had two years ago. The phone I'm using is one I bought from Verizon too. Terrible app. Dont waste your time. Absolute ly no support for problems. If Verizon is going into the app business, they need to make it where it will work with their phones. And a little customer support would be nice too..

worst video playback I've seen. I've got fast wifi but verizon cloud still is buffering. then it also wants me to sign in which is a nightmare for me because I have multiple phones and it can't remember the password for each one without taking the whole night away.

Then they say they have to escalate it to their experts and open a service ticket and someone will call you back in 48 hours & NOBODY EVER CALLS YOU BACK. The only thing they did do was accept my payment for over $150. This is ridiculous and Verizon needs to learn the meaning of customer support and how to treat customers. If I didn't owe on my phone I'd be with T-Mobile right now!!!

I keep uninstalling and reinstalling this app however it will never even log me in. It'll let me get to the login page but it will then stop me and tell there was a failure downloading the configuration. I really just want to be able to log in and look at my previous photos that are saved there.

Every time my phone gets an update my Verizon apps malfunction and I have to sign back into them multiple times, every time I find and fix the problem it is linked to a Google related app or a Google security update why is Google being allowed to manipulate settings on my phone. I got my phone from Verizon I don't pay Google for cell bill, this is definitely something that needs to be investigated by Verizon! To Verizon why can't you just team with other service providers & develop your own OS?

WOW!! VERIZON IT SEEMS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT IS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE VERIZON CLOUD. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO BACK UP MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS SINCE PORTING OVER BACK ON APRIL 30, 2021. I HAVE HAD 6 DIFFERENT TIER II TECHS TRY TO HELP AS WELL, WITH NO LUCK. YOU EVEN SENT A REPLACEMENT DEVICE... NO LUCK. PLEASE TELL WHEN ARE THESE ISSUE WITH YOUR APPS GOING TO BE RESOLVED? I BELIEVE THE MANUFACTURER IS RELEASING UPDATED OPERATING SYSTEMS THAT YOUR APPS CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH. PLEASE EXPLAIN???

I loved that I got all my pictures to put on my new phone. The only problem was between the cloud and google,, I had over 3000 pictures to go thru and delete 3/4of the pics deleted. There should be a way that when I delete the pics, the cloud can go ahead and get rid of them say after 30 days for good

Verizon removed my cloud account, account added back same day, all data lost, been two weeks and still cannot get issue fixed! Now, new phone and can't get the app to even open! Do better Verizon!

Does not delete files from trash bin. Shows error cannot delete. Tried multiple browsers and on pc, phone, tablet. Problem is trash bin will grow until cannot back up any data. Called Verizon and no fix they will give you the run around they useless. Do not pay for extra storage, it will not allow you to delete. No solution from web either. If you have sensitive info like pw you want to delete it will stay on cloud forever.

Very easy with operators assistanc e , she even called back to make sure all was transferred. Cloud is a breeze!!! Verizon is the best service available in the area.!!
