App is terrible. I was able to access the hub by connecting to its wifi and then going to 192.168.1.1 from a mobile browser. Enter the wifi password listed on the device. Add security questions, and then from the browser, you can make changes to the settings.
crashes all the time. after any change to router it logs me out and only way to get back in is to reatart. doesnt save router admin password very poor product...
The Smart hub is garbage. They do not tell you that you are constantly using your Hotspot and it is limited to 15GB, then drops to 700KBS for the rest of your cycle. Pure trash.
Never wants to work. Very glitchy and the one time 2 months ago when I did use it I kicked my room mate off the internet and now it wont let me do any thing so I can add him to white list
Miss them. Was with Verizon for 20 years but they are just too expensive.

This app is literal trash. It amazes me how an international company, with a name as big as it is, can have application breaking problems like this. Like everyone else, it just keeps looping the login prompt the app to connect my phone to my smarthub. I love paying for something that literally does not work. Verizon you're an absolute joke when it comes to customer support and care.
Can never get past login page. App just continues in a never-ending loop, prompting for verizon sign in and email prompts again and again and again.......ugggggggghhhh! Thanks for the frustration, Verizon app developers. You're lucky that your cell coverage is so good, otherwise I'd walk.
FIX IT. Paying for a verizon smarthub I can't program. FTC should look in to false promises of Verizon
Cant login using 2 different samsung products. Goes through login then app crashes. Restart the app and does the same thing over and over.
This app sucks like everyone else it just shuts down. I can't program my smart hub and I am pretty sure my smart hub is saying I've used more than I actually have but can't prove it because this doesn't work. Hmmm
Terrible! It never connects to nlmy smart hub. It constantly tells me that it cannot connect EVEN WHEN I AM CONNECTED TO IT. Useless garbage.
Still refused to work. Year later, it still will not work. Deleted once again. Most likely for good.

This app is garbage. If you only have a SmartHub, forget about it. I spent over 2 hours on the line with technical support and technical support II trying find a way to make this app work, to no avail. Smart home features? Forget about it.
Verizon's SmartHub does not pair with the Canary All-in-One Home Security Camera which were sold to us in the Verizon Store. We discover this after spending 3 hours of downloading apps, trying to pair, waiting on Hold for Tech Support, getting disconnected and finally reaching Tech Support via Chat.
I have spent several hours trying to get this app to work with online, chat and phone conversation. We got it working once and as soon as he hung up app went back to continuous loop of asking for password & acct number.Tech support overall pretty much unable to get past screen. One person, one was able to make progress. The others never bothered to call back as promised. I am giving this one more day and then if not up and running it is going back. Worthless app.
