Terrible app, complete piece of junk. Won't even scan my face for the live ID and makes my phone run super hot. The developers of this app should be ashamed.
I would never ever recommend this app to anybody serious about identity verification. This is a garbage app with zero support. Full of bugs and madenning to use.
Always locking me out for pass word been same since I have been with Verizon had contact fairshake. Anyone need help being overcharged or service being changed without permission made pay over 120 for 50 fee contact fair shake they wonferful
this is the laziest, worst app ever. no useful explanations for how to add information and no way to contact customer support
trying to transfer Verizon id account and it repeatedly crashes after I enter 12 word recovery code from one android phone to another
Keeps saying I need to update my OS and won't use the app when my phone has no OS updates

Prompted to enable Touch ID to use app; my phone doesn't have Touch ID. Found level of security to be over the top but not practical or 100% necessary. VIP Access is more User set-up and support friendly.
