Won't set up on my phone . Have tried for months . I had visual voice mail with all my other phones and service providers . Verizon is the only one that didn't have it automatically with the service . I can't believe it still is impossible to get this on my phone. I don't know anyone that doesn't have visual voice mail . This is very inconvenient and disappointing.
It worked (sort of) on this old android I'm using now. Had newer phones in between. Now it doesn't work. When openning It tells me to wait while setting up, then it crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing, It will not open. Went to Motorola trouble shooting for apps. That help program freezes before l can get to the fix. Can't use it either. Frustrating as regular Motorola VM requires dialing and passcode. Starts with oldest messages first. Tapping #s to get the one wanted No fun.😕
Recently change from verizon wireless post pay account to a pre pay account. Does not work since my device doesn't support it? It was working fine. Motorola Google Nexus 6. Returning to the *86 or tap and hold #1. I will send a note to the app developer for device support. This voicemail app helps manage mutiple voice messages very easy and on the fly. Very recommend. Was five stars on my end. 4.3 of 5.
This app has been crashing during setup now for years. Look at all the bad reviews, Verizon. Verizon tech support is offshored rubbish. Not having visual voicemail in 2019 is pathetic. Fix this app!
Won't finish setting up. Tried install over and over. From the looks of reviews, I'm not alone. Can't expect much from Verizon, so oddly it does meet expectations. As if to intentionally add insult, notification keeps telling me to install the uninstallable app.
Suddenly it crashes immediately and won't open at all. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still crashes before even opening.
Worked on older Moto, and was compatible with newer phone, a G5+, until a software update for the system. Now it does not work. Deleted it.
Stopped working and won't start again. Rebooted, reinstalled. Decided a free app might work better. Bye bye Verizon
Simply doesn't work. It keeps telling me I need cell service which I obviously do have running. Either develop the app or get rid of it.
This used to work, now it just says "setting up visual voicemail" when I open, then it closes itself.
Installed app on my Motorola phone and it says setting up visual voicemail then closes the app. Opened app again same issue over and over again
Downloaded app, accepted permissions, then it crashes. Tried opening again, automatically crashes. Uninstalled.
Horrible app. Why would you even have the option for visual voicemail if you aren't going to fix the app?
No longer working after Android Oreo update. Oreo has been out for over a year and this app hasn't been updated to be compatible. Get on it!
It used to work fairly well but now it crashes the moment I open it, so completely unusable.
Used to work, now doesn't. Crashes immediately. I liked it back when it worked.
What's wrong with this app? My recipients don't receive my messages but on my phone it says sent/received
Motorola updated my MotoG5+ to Android OS 8.1 Now Verizon Visual Voice Mail is not compatible with my device.
I never wanted this and it stopped my phone repeatedly to tell me to 'allow' even after i said 'no'.
Used to work. Something updated and just crashes now.
Would complete installation but never opened. FRUSTRATING. Don't bother.
Doesn't work and also prevented me from receiving notifications for voicemail for months...
Doesn't work. App just crashes upon launching.
Just updated my Moto G5 Plus and now this app is no longer compatible.
Asked for a lot of permissions and didn't work
Says i need cellular data network which i have and is in 4g service zone wont setup in anyway
Not compatible with my phone? Why isn't this kept up to date?
Not compatible with Moto g4
I thought that I could SEND a visual Voice mail .
It worked a few times, displaying voicemail messages but not the contents. This how the regular version works. The upgraded version shows the content. Mostly it crashed with instructions to call support and give them error code 9009. I called support and all they wanted to do was sell me an upgraded version for $2.99 a month. A scam, bait and switch, all for a crummy $2.99 a month. I am looking for a new provider.
