Functional but major UI issues. To start the login is completely disfunctional in combination with smart phone face ID functionality. Maybe it's just android but I have to manually search for my password, the phone does not auto detect the app. I assume this has to do with the app design. The check deposit functionality is horrible, you need to be a master of photography in order for the image to take. As I said, it works... Better than going in.
Unintuitive banking app with clunky layout and bad flow. No common useful budgeting tools found with many leading online banking utilities. Cannot schedule a transfer in advance if you don't have those funds immediately available, even if this transfer is meant to initiate after funds are added at later dates; You consequently can't use the schedule feature as a budgeting tool. Bill pay is outdated and cannot log directly into the bill's online service if offered. Instead uses acct numbers.
Up until just recently, I had little to no complaints about the app, but recently the fingerprint login has disappeared which is super annoying and the app doesn't allow for autofill for my password. It's a pain to have to log in manually every time now.
I am thoroughly pleased with my new membership with VFCU overall and the app makes what i need to do even easier. Ive had no issues so far and ive used the tranferring system that works just great too!! Very happy that VFCU kept it simple and easy to understand and use.
Awful and buggy. Constantly times out in the middle of a check deposit -- and it doesn't save passwords, either. Use only if you absolutely have to.
Easy! So valuable when I need to transfer funds. I also receive texts when there are large transactions. Just about everything I can do on a computer.
Mobile banking for small business! This app is great, works 99.9% of the time, and I do virtually all my banking through it. Highly functional, glitches are extremely rare.
Works great makes transfers very easy, would give 5 stars but sometimes the app is unresponsive
Easy to use everything you need at the push of a bottom I love it. Sometimes the web site goes down for maintenance but not for long only real complaint I can think of.
Do not like that you removed the bold date lines that were in previous generations. It is now much more difficult to find past transaction. You took something good and you broke it.
The latest update has made mobile deposit difficult. If I don't take a picture fast enough it will log me out due it "inactivity". Sometimes it will take me four tries before it actually works. Good thing I am switching banks. Goodbye VFCU!
Most banking apps offer the features of VFCU's, but this one actually works. The auto focus and text recognition for mobile check deposits is accurate and worka every time.
Works fine except the new version does not work with my phone for depositing checks which makes it pretty worthless overall.
Why a 2 star because they have the dumb "apply for loan" on the main screen not "check deposit" icon there. Folks will never apply for more loans than deposits. Dumb!
Today using the app was very slow and frustrating. Usually it takes only moments and works smoothly.
I love this app. Since I moved out of state I have hardly had an issue. Customer service at VFCU is the absolute best!
Great on a day to day app. Sometimes it's a little slow connecting. Love this bank, very easy to work with.

Good usability for mobile! Very helpful Make transfers, deposit checks. I'd love some budgeting tools like the website too though
Great way to view your money a lot of great resources highlight for me is the money manager strongly recommend one thing I wish they added is ability to link my Robin Hood or similar app to my account
Best bank for local vermonters easy to use app make transfers a breese and check deposit is as simple ad taking pictures if the front and back 10 out of 10 would reccomend

very easy to transfer , very happy with very accurate banking , very convenient for me when i cant get to the bank during business hours.
It's a great app, makes a lot of stuff easier. For a moment, Pendings were more than just pending deposits, but began including pending withdrawals. For some reason, they stopped, and now I don't see them, anymore. It would be nice if they were brought back, because it helps clarify what the money on hold is going to, to make sure my records match the bank's. If that were brought back, I'd definitely give this app a 5 Star.
