Vermont Lottery 2nd Chance

This app went from bad to worse when scanning tickets. the first ticket you scan for 2nd chance will go through most of the time but every time you scan the second it just shows it loading and then tells you there's a connection issue.

This app was good when it used to work...it was great using the scanner to check tickets for winners and submit for 2nd chance drawings and not have to manually enter them all. But now it's useless. Every time u try using it there is always a "communication error" and u can never actually submit any tickets to check for winners or to submit for the 2nd chance drawings. It's become a waste of phone memory. What actually does work can be easily done online instead of having to download an app.

I have been using the app for a long time & it's very useful except for the fact that it's kind of confusing when you're trying to look at up winners and it's constantly saying that there's connection issues when I try to scan my tickets so I'm spending an hour just to do something simple and I wish you guys would update it and fix the issues so I can easily navigate and play. this app used to work really well now it wont let me scan anything at all,get the same message every time cant connect to the server,its getting old fast

Please fix your scanner! It's gone from being down on occasion to almost always This function is the cornerstone of your ap.

The first time I used the app was a breeze, but that was where it ended. Since then, it's been "invalid barcode", so I go to manual entry, enter the proper digits (which are a different set of numbers than the official website) and I wait. And wait. And wait! I wait until I receive a "cannot connect to server" message, which is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Going to Uninstall & stick to using only the website. The app serves NO functional purpose.

This app WAS great. Now it just sucks! I haven't been able to scan a ticket in weeks.

Fix your broken app! It only allows the user to submit 1 ticket for a 2nd chance drawing and then it just has the loading icon spinning indefinitely after that. You make MILLIONS of dollars a year there is absolutely no reason you can't fix the app!

Constantly freezing, says error connecting when full bars or good wifi connection.

This app is garbage. To use it I have to reinstall it everytime I go to use it because it only comes back with a 'sorry, critical failure' message until I do so. You might as well just check the tickets at the store you bought them in, it will save you more time than using this app.

App always been good but looks like your recent update messed things up. Ever since then I go to scan a ticket and it keeps loading and doesn't stop unless I back out of app completely. If I do get it to scan I can only do one ticket, back out, go back in and try another. Doesn't work every time though

This app used to be great now scanning in tickets is no fun...it does not work 98% of the time...please fix

Scanning losers for second chance drawing never works..Have to open and close the app 5 times for each ticket because the app stops working each time you go to scan. Tried ininstalling app twice, checked for updates... nothing. Just doesn't work. Probably would be faster to manually type it in.

On all VT Powerball tickets it has an add for the Vt Lottery app (this app) and says you can check if you've won! Only that the app only does stupid scratch off tickets and does not include any info on Powerball winning numbers or any other similar game (mega millions ect.)Furthermore, you cannot scan your powerball ticket in the app despite the powerball ticket saying you can check if you've won after the drawing. You cant advertise a service and then totally fail to deliver. A rudimentary app.

I'm in favor of the Lottery changing the amount that can be submitted each day, which went from unlimited, and now to 10. (Although I've a boatload to enter, lol.) I think that it makes it much more fair for all players. I'll bet I'm not alone when I say this.......I'm VERY GRATEFUL that they changed the format from entering the tickets MANUALLY, to now, SCANNING them. Now, all I have to do is WIN.

Terrible. Must reset between tickets, reset 3 or 4 times per ticket entry. Does not let you see drawing info for games, just scan tickets to check result, and that is often 2 or 3 resets per ticket to get it to work. Error every time is cannot reach server....

If you don't want anybody to be doing second chance, just shut the damn program down. Not only is the scanner broken now, but even manual entry won't submit anything, even on older versions!

Can't ever establish connection lately. Seems to be having technical difficulties.

Will not scan or allow manual entry. So, useless.

I think this is great 👍 downfall is the daily limit when they changed it from unlimited daily, to 100 per day to now the 10 per day is really unfortunate as I would always sit down when I got the chance and enter my second chance. Now I miss many entries ☹ I now try to do it first thing in the morning, only a few days have I received an error message and was not able to submit any those days "cannot connect to server at this time" is the error message and each time it was a full day error msg

This is a very interesting game the only downfall is it don't explain exactly how will you know if you win are no it just give you the winning numbers so is that my winning numbers or do I have to dig up the paperwork I wrote down my numbers.

App works great. I can check and enter my tickets into the second chance drawing with the bar code scanner, its so easy to use. Thanks for making it so easy.

Unusable. It's more likely the back-end service rather than the app itself but ticket submissions time-out more often than not.

So my reviews keep vanishing, this app was good, now can't scan anything, constantly crashing, can't manually enter any 2nd chance..please fix

Used to be a good app, now won't load any tickets. Reinstall didn't help. I see others are also having this problem.

Not easy can't scan anything!!! I've tried with both Android and Iphone! I would rate this app 0 !

Could only scan one ticket, if that. The app just continued with the white swirl of death! Thats the reason I uninstalled it twice before!

It's convenient to be able to scan loosing tickets to enter for second chance. However,. I hate that you changed the ticket limit from unlimited, to a hundred now. Only ten a day.
