Versatrans My Stop

Works well, when it works...so many bugs BUT, it's all there is; the bus driver fails to turn on the transmitter, which is no fault of the app BUT other times, it appears to be running on time and then had suddenly is past the stop. If you live in a large neighborhood, where the busses only make one stop at the entry, this app can be amazing but it isn't accurate. Plus, you have to log in and out to check different students...like 3 of your own kids...BUT, better than nothing, kind of.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! This app has too many issues. It doesn't have an accurate tracker on the bus. It could be outside your house, but the app will show it being down the street. The ETA is almost never correct, and it often doesn't load transit information. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times. There's times where it won't allow me to login after the reinstall. This can be frustrating.

Last year app worked better. Now it is completely unreliable. This app has been really useful when it is working since the bus doesn't come to our house. I check this app for every pickup/drop off before heading to the bus stop. My kid has missed the bus twice & we've also waited for 15+ minutes for it being early or on time. I've also missed drop off for "on time" and being 10+ mins early. Last week it wouldn't log in at all. Scans don't work. No way to report a problem. Please fix the issues!

All the usual complaints aside--It's now started crashing before it even opens. --As I was going to all the trouble-shooting steps I noticed that they just pushed out a new update for "bug fixes". It's not my phone either--I tried installing it on my brand new Samsung tablet and it's doing the same thing. I sent feedback through the app, so I'm hoping they can quickly resolve the issue and fix whatever they just broke.

This app has the potential to be great. My school system has been experimenting with this service for several weeks. Initially there were many days the bus routes didn't show up in the app but now it appears to be working consistently. Unfortunately the app is always two minutes behind reality. I've talked with my school district it's because of the series of hops the data has to make. Hard to believe in this day and age, but I can accept it. The problem is the app doesn't acknowledge this is

This app is great WHEN it works. It won't open with a route active. When it does then the route isn't showing. It shows the same route on another friends app of the same bus, so it isn't our transportation issue. I have removed and reinstalled without result. It just doesn't work. Fix this and can give it 5 stars.

I haven't used this app in quite some time as I imagine most of us haven't, due to Covid & virtual school. I thought it would have improved in that amount of time. Yeah, it DID NOT. It still says there are no active routes, & that is obviously incorrect. I'm deleting it, & kickin it old school because it literally never works properly. It's a shame because it's an awesome concept, unfortunately it's completely unreliable.

Been using this app for a few years now but this year I'm having trouble seeing the route. It says bus not active but the bus arrives anyway. It's so much easier to see the route that way you know how much time there is to get to the stop. Really helpful especially when weather changes so the poor kids aren't freezing out there.

This app is horrible! It worked fine for the first month of school but now it doesn't work at all! It will not let me login even though I know I'm entering the correct information. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled 5 times and each time it will either not allow me to login or only show my oldest child's bus. This app needs a complete overhaul and should be taken off the market until it is fixed. Completely useless!

When this app works it is very helpful by showing where the bus is on the route (give or take 3 to 5 mins because it doesn't show realtime). However, it seldom works. Most days it shows no bus active on the route though it actually is active. It concerns me that the app maker has constant access to my info though I get nothing in return MOST dsys. Giving it a try a little longer but leaning toward uninstalling. Dallas ISD user.

Just doesn't work. Bus arrivals time can swing by 10 minutes in a matter a moment's. Scans don't appear. Nothing appears in the map. Worthless. Hoping our school district gets rid of this system ASAP. New update: still terrible, nothing has been fixed.

Like others have said, having multiple kids requires you to log out then back in under the other student. Would be greatly beneficial to have the ability to add a child so you can toggle back and forth. The times update randomly. One minute it will say the bus is 5 mins late, but ends up 3 mins early.

Haven't been using this for super long yet, so can't say I've had a chance to experience all potential issues, but my experience of the app so far is that it is everything that I would have thought of asking for. It's been quite accurate, and although other reviews say that you have to log out if you have more than one student, that is not the case for the two students we use this for. All in all, I really like it. It's a big time saver because now you know when to be ready for the bus.

Would give more stars if app is fixed, but this app is amazing in helping me know when the bus will be here when it works. This week has not worked but one day. It just keeps loading and that's it. Plz fix, and yes it is the app it self, I know my kids bus driver thankfully and if she's running late or anything she will text me :).

App isn't working again. My son's bus comes anywhere between 8:16 and 8:25, so having an accurate time is the difference between being on time or standing in the cold for up to 10 minutes. Fix your app! At it again, every time it's below freezing here the app is down. Worthless app, I'd give 0 stars if I could and no response from developers.

Lot of hate for this app but it has worked well for me for the past two years. Until the March 15th update. I have been unable to get the app to start after that update. Have deleted cache, data and uninstall. Zero luck. Great irony that the update was titled "Bug Fixes"

This app is horrible! I would actually give it ZERO stars if it would let me. My kid's school district started using this app in 2018 and it has NEVER worked properly. Now it just says SOCKET CLOSED when I try to log in. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and it still doesn't work. It's 7 degrees this morning with snow and it would have been nice to see if the bus was on time or delayed so my kids don't have to stand out at the stop, which is NOT in front of my home.

The issues boil down to the amount of servers available for the large counties that use this software. They are aware of it and trying to resolve it. It's not the app. The server issue creates many problems for the school transportation districts, but at least they are working on it. The app is good however.
