I keep being spammed on my email address since I've registered an account, and the link to unsubscribe doesn't work. I receive at least 5 mails a day. Uninstalled.

very bad and useless app. no way to fix the departure city. it never takes the choice. please fix it

Me and my partner had a very bad experience through a hotel where we were overcharged for a breakfast we prepaid for, so we didn't eat it and asked for our money back from the hotel. The hotel director was very rude and did not refund our money. I tried to rectify the situation through the app but no one returned my email. Poor customer service all around.

Love the notices of new deals etc..., app is easy to use while traveling and book straight from your phone.

I think this is one of the app that makes me happy..I love that its very simple that its easier to scroll through all the features.I am about to book my first travel next year through this app and am soooo excited.
