Love the app. All you have to do is spin the wheel every day, collect your points, then order what you want when you have the points you need for the item. It's truly free, no shipping or anything! They even have free ways for you to get chances for more points! (You can also buy more spins and points, if you want.) Anyway, I have ordered several items at a few different times. I have always gotten my order very quickly, never had to pay a penny, and have always been pleased.

This app does as states, you win points to redeem for items. Been playing for a couple years now and managed to get 2 discounted gift cards. Took me so long to accumulate points that the items I thought I'd be able to get had tripled in price and wasn't able to get them. I never win a raffle and played religiously, also couldn't score big in the diamond spinner. The quality/value of the prizes has dropped drastically since I first started i.e. before instantpot was 75k tickets now over 200k tix.

Wow. I spent over a year saving for an item, which was delivered to the wrong address. But the customer service of this app is truly phenomenal, and they refunded the tickets to me. While I agree that the ticket prices for some items are pretty high, you're getting free stuff just from watching an ad a day (that's all I do anyway...I don't do the friend referrals or any extras).

This app does send prizes within the given turn around time. I love the selection of prizes and for tickets, the quality isn't awful. The auto roll feature is a great addition, too! Customer support is also fast and helpful. My only issues are that when I look at the prizes, not all of the pictures load so I am unable to see everything available, which is disappointing. Sometimes I will click on a prize to view more information and the app will close.

It's great, I've been using this app since 2018, and have redeemed items multiple times, though, I never seem to win any gift card. The only thing that I don't like it's how slow it is to navigate. But the front thing it's fine, where you roll the dice🎲, etc., the problem is when I'm looking for the items / products that I potentially will want. It's really annoying how slow it is.

I absolutly love this game. Have been playing it for years. But for the past few months I have been having alot of trouble with it. I'm not getting my points for finishing tasks on time. And being told that I have already done a task when i have never played the gane before. Also the new play games for free points option that was added isnt working and trpling me. There was a problem showing me the option i have picked. Kind of disappointed in how this gane has been changed.

To date, all of the items I've ordered have arrived safe and sound, but this doesn't excuse the inconvenience I have to go through regarding a glitchy catalog (often freezes when high-res items are shown) and high prices. I get that price increases are due to outside influences, but this would be more forgivable if gameplay is adjusted to make up for this (surveys/offers aren't always reliable). Tournaments aren't helping much, as ONLY the top players benefit. Overall, this isn't very enjoyable.

loved this app until the lastest update. it was annoying at the beginning because once i was close to a prize, the price would go up, so it felt like they were just dangling a carrot. but i was able to get two prizes, but now videos don't work for rolls at all, it constantly says "please try again later". and they raised prices again!!! you can't raise prices and take away the way we earn tickets!!

I love the app itself. I've had great experiences with ordering items. Everything comes from Amazon and arrives within a day or two after ordering, which is awesome. Never had any issues with any items. Only complaint I have about this app is how long it takes to accumulate enough tickets to purchase anything worthwhile. All items are priced so ridiculously high, it takes FOREVER to save up for just something cheap! I wish they would offer more rewards for avid users or something.

I've always loved this until the updates. Yes it is real every item I've redeemed for I have got. But since all the updates I can do everything until I hit to redeem tickets. Then it crashes and says it's experiencing problems. To the point it did it when I went to cancel an item before and by the time I could get it to quit crashing to cancel the time was up to cancel.(because once it crashes it starts crashing Everytime you got to open it.) I contacted support and it was a joke all I got was sorry we can't cancel it time is up to and our records don't show you tried to cancel. well no duh it crashed as I was canceling it. Please fix I don't want to have to delete it but will if you guys won't fix it

It's a great app. I've used it for years. Sometimes it glitches, which can be annoying. Also, the ticket prices for prizes has gone up quite a bit. I got a 16piece AmazonBasics (GLASS) dish set for 20,000 tickets in 2018. The same set is now DOUBLE the price, if not higher. So that kinda sucks as well. But I still use and love the app!

It use to be pretty good, but now it's tedious to do. Watching the ads to get rolls is almost impossible now. Out of 4 ads watched, 3 freeze up when they are almost done, so you don't get credit for watching. Half the time, when you are able to watch the ad all the way through, you don't get credit for it. I have contacted customer service, and just got a sorry you are having troubles, but there are other ways to earn rolls. The surveys are a joke, and if I was going to spend $, I'll just buy the item, instead of spending many times it's worth on rolls.

I'm back here to rate lower after 2 years. I liked this app when the ticket prices werent quadruple the amount they are now, and when virtually everything wasn't "currently unavailable." Man, I thought this app was pricy in 2018. I liked it when you could actually buy stuff. And in smaller quantities. Seems like a waste I saved up a lot over a long time... should've just bought the quality stuff while I could.

This used to be an awesomely addictive game until recently. Quit giving me ads to watch. I'll maybe get 10 in a day when it used to be every hour! Emailed them and was told there just wasn't ads for me and they have no control over that. No sir, this is a technical issue! It will say up to 10 videos every 30 minutes then lets me watch one then says try later. I close out and relaunch and sometimes it'll let me watch a few more. Just frustrating.

I have been saving up tickets and when I finally want to redeem them for an item I can't because every time I try to look and see what I may want the app crashes it only crashes when trying to look at the the available stuff the rest of the app works fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app still will not allow me to redeem. I also rebooted my phone and still nothing I have plenty of space on my phone so the problem is definitely on the apps side of things.

It's alright, I've actually redeemed my tickets two times now for prizes. The first one came within a week, I just redeemed my second item immediately prior to posting this rating, so we'll see when how long that takes. The game used ok, it takes quite awhile to rack up enough points to redeem them for anything. In my opinion, the prizes are pretty cheesy for the most part. But it's something to pass some time. I can't really complain about anything, not a lot of ads, so that's nice.

I really love this game and app and have been faithfully playing it daily for one to two years now. The reason I gave four stars instead of five though, is because I personally feel that the items I have a little high ticket cost, especially for some of the smaller items of which I know the exact cost out right at the store and sometimes the ticket cost just supersedes the actual cost by way too much.Also keep in mind,Unless you have money to spend then it takes kinda long time to save up.

I just recieved my second item from playing so I'm pretty pleased on that aspect. (Ordered 11/6 recieved 11/9). My only complaint is the ever since the last update, the videos for free rolls has been having a major issue. The videos always freeze or it says there is an error trying to play. Where I used to get 5-6 free rolls watching all the available videos at that set time, I'm now only getting 1-2. Fix please!

It's simple and easy. I'm addicted to it now, cuz every time you get doubles, you have a chance to shoot baskets(each basket is1point),or you can take what you rolled in points.I have become hopelessly addicted to the shooting baskets part, even tho I lose out on points in the long run~I suck at it. In this app the rewards are within reach, unlike other apps where you would have to spend every waking minute for at least a year to get anything. I just wish the rolls were cheaper once you run out.

Love this app. Been playing for a couple years and have redeemed several great items. My only dislike is that the prices for the items and GC have increased so much! Its harder and takes a lot longer to get the amount of tickets needed for an item. Also I loved when they had Amazon GC available and I haven't seen them on there in quite some time. Even when they are they are double the ticket price. Kind of a bummer. I still play cause I am still gaining stuff for free.

I love this game, play it multiple times a day, and have made many redemptions. However, last November just after the elections, it arbitrarily wouldn't allow me to view ANY ads - ever. After six months they were mysteriously restored. Then on July 26, they suddenly became unavailable again, again with no explanation offered. I never imagined that I would ever beg for the privilege of watching ads, yet here I am.

I was waiting to redeem tickets before rating. Every time I try to app stops so zero unless that changes. Still a zero. Tried to resolve they actually replied but have to fill out a form and send a screen shot which I can't do. The problem is with the app closing whenever I go to the catalog which makes it impossible to redeem tokens so it's just a big waste of time. What's so hard to undetstand about that. 000000000000. That's what you get untill you can actually fix the problem with your app

At first I was skeptical about how legitimate this app was, 3 years later I'm still using it b/c it works. It does freeze sometimes, but I like the fact that I could redeem tickets I accumulate for actual things. It definately takes patience, but it's worth it. There are also raffles to join in on for free as well. I think I've redeemed my tickets for items about 4 times. Shipping is long at times but it's not awful.

It went from great to poor. I've redeemed a lot of stuff in the initial days of playing when the prices were decent and suddenly as they introduced more and more features, the game got slow and redemptions slower. Ordered my last gift and uninstalling as soon as I receive it. I think this game has lost a lot of players for the same reason and they'll keep losing unless they go back to the original game Overall my experience was great, I've redeemed prizes more than $100 when the prices were good

I have been using verydice for about 4 years I have to say it is worth some of the glitches you do come across sometimes some phones didnt work as well on somedays with the app. But what you can get out of it makes up for it as long the videos pop up decently enough. I love their random more rolls surprise. I never really did the research and other methods of getting rolls unless needed to finish a jackpot hated it be 3mins or more time on small amounts of rolls and their annoyingly repetitive.

This app used to be awesome. But with the new updates it takes a long time to be able to get enough tickets to get things you want. Yes you get free things. . But maybe once every two or more months. Almost not worth your time. It also has a lot of glitches, some surveys let you finish them and never give you the reward.

I have had this app for nearly two years. I love that you can get anything free that Amazon currently has. I am EXTREMELY upset about something though, and none of my friends want the app now because of it. The price went up on everything, like DOUBLE THE PRICE, but we're not getting dounld the tickets. I didn't just receive free rolls, I purchased them TOO. I have decided to cash in my tickets, since the items I was saving up for, I cannot get now. Y'all really messed up by doing that.

I used to love this app. It was so easy to rack up thousands of points a day and prize costs were fair. That's changed recently. I've had my eye on a gift card for awhile now that for the whole year or so I've been playing stayed at the same value but once I had enough, it increased significantly. Fine, whatever. I don't like it but its still not too bad compared to other apps. Then practically overnight it doubled the required amount. Cashing out what points I've earned then deleting the app.

3.5 stars Well it works, but is it great? That's debatable. For me and my crappy phone (zte max blue lte) it has really bad launch times freezes and crashes frequently and the weirdest part was the cost for redemption for a prize I wanted kept going up . I originally was aiming for a PlayStation gift card but anytime I got close to enough points I'd check and it'd be even higher so eventually I ordered some other stuff and it actually got here way faster than I expected. I like the concept

The most legitimate real prize app out there. I've played for an average of 3 minutes a day for the last 6 months and have already gotten multiple prizes. You choose from pre-selected items based on how many points you've earned, but there are plenty of options and something for everyone. I've gotten an enamel pin, makeup bag, makeup sponges, and a meat thermometer so far.
