Veryfi - expenses, receipts & projects

Very very fast OCR. Scarily Fast AI. This is like nothing else for capturing and data extraction, making competitors look like toys. The trade off for blistering speed is that sometimes the accuracy suffers. Xero integration is poor as all postings require manual vat editing. However the stand out is the OCR and AI which is so fast and super clever more than compensate, doing much of the heavy lifting for data entry really well.

How have reviews on this app been cleared? Still having issues with vendors not being added, struggling to add them manually, it not understanding the vendor from the receipt.. particularly Z Belfast, in Christchurch for example. Taking longer than doing it manually at this point.

Does not work as advertised, the QuickBooks integration does not work properly, customer service won't respond, unfortunately I paid for a year in advance otherwise I would cancel.

Boy I wish I would have did this a year ago when I actually seen the integration to quick books. It's value in savings and automation, is worth way more than it cost by far. Not to mention once I found it, in 2 hours I was able to connect with the premium free trial, and was connected to QuickBooks and running. Then I went to my Outlook online then search for all my invoices then sent them all to their custom email address and the darn thing went through 300 of those invoices line by line

It's amazing app, working very well, stable and very easy to use.

Great app so far have been using for a week. Incredible ability to read scans even if they're blurry. I'd like to be able to create a rule as I am looking at a invoice instead of through settings tab. I have not transferred over to QuickBooks yet. Will continue review after that happens.

We have used this app for the past year. It is great, it reads receipts and categorizes them nicely. The reports are great that you get monthly and it has helped with year-end taxes. However I will not continue as I don't need all its features as I just use for my personal household expenses. So for me the price is not worth continuing.

Works the most similar to what i want, but is glitchy and difficult to use at times.

Excellent - The Next Generation of Bookkeeping Finally a solution to keeping all of those receipts. No more painful data entry, just snap a photo and the app grabs all the relevant info. Plus it integrates with Quickbooks and Xero. I have been waiting for this app for a long time.

Great app until I started seeing the notifications limiting me to 5 uploads per month. Also you can't manually enter an expense makes it limited to 5 expenses per month. The plans to upgrade are also expensive for personal use. It was amazing for the time it lasted

Free 14 day trial only has a 50 limit. Which is ok. I paid for the monthly plan ($15/month)....it only gives you 300.. I have already used it all. Had to pay and extra $15 for another 300 uploads. In the end it made an absolute mess of quick books and had to erase all quick books data and re enter everything. I dea is there but needs alot of work. I do not suggest linking it to quick books. I was Ted alot of time and more to come. Also money gone...not happy

this app has the best receipt scanning feature of any of the many apps I've tried. it also has integrations with other apps and services that I could see being very useful, Lyft being one of them. can't recommend this app enough for small businesses. the monthly expenses is well worth it.

I really like this app and the developer has been very good about responding to issues I've had. My main problem was having my reports print with the same information that is displayed on the app on my phone. i am waiting on a resolution as of this review. I am updating my previous review to 5 stars. He developer contacted me shortly after my review with a resolution to my issue. I have since followed their instructions and am happy to say I am able to do what I needed to. A big thank you!

So I have have been using the app for about 4 months.. I am very happy, it does what it claims and it does it well. I came across a bug working late Sunday night and I decided to open up the chat box to log in a report.. a few minutes later a rep got back to me and asked for more info. I immediately got that together and sent it over.. he said "the engineer is working on it" I said psst.. yeah right.. well.. less than 72 hrs later I just got an update notification and what do you know, No Bug!

I tried many apps, free ones and Qickbooks online. None of them worked as well as this one. Best app yet, easy to use, accurate and seldom makes a mistake. Has made my life much easier and I export reports that I import into Quickbooks desktop.

Not bad, but exporting to QB Desktop 2019 doesn't work for the new QB iif validation. Also, it took more than 3 weeks for support to get back to me about the issue, even though the support system says "typically replies in an hour."
