Since my phone has been updated to Android 10, the app no longer works correctly. Sync is constantly lost, requiring my to unbind the device, restart the phone then bind it again. In addition when I try to select an activity in the app, the app freezes then crashes. Going to have to find a new tracker. Update: email from developer, this app is no longer supported. Users should change to VeryFitPro.

We have to keep in mind we knew this was a knock off when we bought it. it won't be as great as a fitbit, ect. that being said, its useless if you can't get the data from it. I'm having a hard time connecting the watch to the app. I've tried uninstalling, ect, but nothing. it connected the first day, then that was it. update: it's still not connecting, a week later, and after multiple tries.

1st of all I love the Tracker, except for the app crashes at load unless I keep my phone above 95 optimized & needed for improvements. 2nd it only records sleep until 7am, with my work hours & life style I need it to record any time of the day including naps. I don't see where to change those sittings. 3rd I would like for it to share with other apps like my Renpho smart scales. 5th I wish it would have a sitting for Water sports and Therapy. It does seem to work well on all other settings.

I had the other VeryFitPlus app and had problems registering. The features would work hit or miss. Then after about a month of use, it unsyced my watch. I tried all day but couldn't get it to sync again. I uninstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone multiple times but no luck. I then tried this app multiple times and no luck. I will be contacting amazon.

Took multiple tries to get watch to bind. Then it dropped the binding. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still won't bind. Lots of data points and choices but Limited assessment of data. Time to move alarm is just a timer, doesn't recognize if you have been or even if you currently are moving. Updated samsung 10 android. For the cost, if it would bind, would have been ok.

This is a horrible app. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after 25 minutes of trying to even set up an account (and yes I gave it permission to locate) at 10 minute mark it accepted my email and went to set up password screen where it glitched for 3 minutes and failed. Any attempt to reregister resulted in failed verification messages. Hoping to use device to replace carrying my phone to count steps but trying to replace with this is a waste of time. Returning after less than 4 hours.

You seem to have an issue with the device and setting up alarms. Device will not stay connected to Bluetooth when setting up alarm. I've seen numerous unhappy customers with the same problem. I am one. With so many complaints you would think it would be fixed. Ridiculous!

Terrible App! I can't even get registered. I use lots of apps and have never had issues like this just getting set up. It is a shame that I can't even try the watch before returning it because the app is so poor. Tried calling the customer service number that was with the watch and got voicemail.

This app does not want to very well at all. I got it to sync once when i first bought my watch, a few days later it stopped syncing. I installed and reinstalled to no avail. I even installed it on my other new watch of the same make, model and brand ...nada, nothing worked. Now have three watches that are incapable of syncing with my watches. I also tried to contact the company who I bought the watches from and the outcome is that they never returned my emails or my calls very frustrated!

I had no complaints about this app until I had to take my band off for a two day stay. Suddenly all the data was wiped and the app did not recognize my email. Eventually i was forced to re-register. Concerned what would happen if i logged out i did that and sure enough the same happened. My email was not recognized as an account and i had to start over. Does this even make any sense?

Dreadful app, will be returning to Amazon. Device text is in Chinese and constantly drops blue tooth connection, my phone can't then reconnect. Will also only work if paired to a smart phone phone, doesn't connect to either tablet or laptop and can't set date and time for it to work independently.

Having problems with the alarm system. Always disconnects before setting an alarm. Would like to see this fixed as it ruins overall high quality finish to the app. No other issues thus far. Please fix alarm issue promptly. Thanks.

How do I turn off the display when I move my wrist ? I would rather not have it come on every time I move my wrist. In the previous versions of Veryfit pro had the option in settings to turn it off but can't find anywhere on this app to do that. Problem now solved thanks to the Lu the software engineer at Verfit Plus. By clicking on the name of your tracker/bracelet at the top of the page after login you get to the interface you can alter many settings there including wrist sense, step size etc.

My app would not sync,, I had days missing,, so I had to uninstall then re install now it won't let me log in it's saying my username is wrong!! This is the worst app I've ever used. Luckily I've seen other reviews saying that veryfitpro will work with my band so I've downloaded that. This needs fixing urgently,, what a terrible way to treat customers.

Worst. App. Ever. I'm actually returning a device i just got because they use this app. It won't connect to GFit (but it says it is), it won't save alarms (but it says it did). Original set up took am HOUR because the app kept rejecting the code they sent less than 30 seconds ago. Just an overall piece of JUNK. Oh, and my phone is a Pixel, so that's about as "pure Android" as you can get. Stay away

edit. app not working at all, doesn't recognise my email. have uninstalled etc, don't want to start over as have a months data stored there. not that bad..... it has problems finding gps so some workouts don't get logged. also frustrating that steps or calories in a workout don't sync with overall calories for the day? same with heartrate percentages. I didn't even bother with the alarm function after reading other reviews but don't need it

Please solve the issue of not being able to set alarms. It's disconnecting the device when I try to set alarms. It doesn't even save the alarms which is annoying. Everything works well. Cheers

Bought a cheap fitness tracker on Amazon that links to your phone through this app. The app has decent data, but was a bit of pain to link with other fotness apps i already use (google fit and strava). its clear this is not us made and many of the translations to english are a little questionable. For a free app to link to a $24 fitness tracker it does what I need it to do.

There are two Very fit plus apps. I have this one and though it seems to have the latest update 2.2.3 it'is unreliable. Sometimes works but most times not.. Does not load or give weekly, monthly or yearly updates. Which is the correct app for the ID131Color HR? And please fix this one if this is the correct app!

I had no issues with the app, but for some reason it stopped saving my data. I uninstalled+re installed app and now I can't get back into my account. It doesn't recognise my email and won't let me register again!!!

When it works it works great. Just upgraded to a new phone and it won't bind. I've tried numerous times. Then magically it will work for 24 hours and log everything and suddenly stop working.

As of 7/22/19 is unable to update. I do use the VeryFitPro app as well. This app is the only one links to GoogleFit however. So I am losing info with that app. I think I will uninstall and ask dev team to link Fit to Pro app as it seems most stable and reliable.

This worked very well for about a.month, then I charged my watch and went to look at the app and it had logged me out. It would not let me.log back in again. It wouldn't recognise my email and I have lost all my data. Get it fixed!

Everything is working okay, except I can't set alarms on my device. Whenever I try, it causes my device to disconnect so they never save. Everything else works fine.

Whenever i try to open the heart rate option, it only ever shows up to 12pm. Can't see past that. It also doesn't show how many calories I've burned by doing anything other than walking. Not really a good app...

Woaw, worked exactly one day. Won't reconnect again. Not sure if there's any point to review the rest of the app (which by the way is pretty basic and limited + innacurate).
