GPS function is way off. I'm in the home, inside the actual house, and it is telling me that I am not at the location. And walking around the house made it worse. But the worst of it is that I can be standing in the same spot and 3 different attempted clock ins will show 3 different distances. I was standing still and got 8.-ft, 3.-ft, then 29.-ft! How is that possible!?!

VESTA needs to fix the glitches. Even install re install doesn't help much. And I DO have android cell. And says overnite service but I clocked out 7pm! Distance often off even in house. I watch it whirl, trying to finish. House clk in makes car clk out harder. whirl.. Why does it need to relearn car location EVERY time. GPS tracks cell, should memorize area I use. then my employer gets emails from CDS : attendant has poor rating RE EVV. . WHAT?

This app stinks . Would give it 0 stars if possible. The GPS is off my aide is in my home and it says she is 15 miles away . It does not always allow her to clock in / clock out not even giving her the space open to put in client ID number . On top of this my aide spends time dealing with this app that she should be spending with me doing things l need help with instead of being upset over an app and not receiving her pay .

There is serious issue with this app. I just received notice from the job that I have some pay on hold because I am not clocking in at the client's home. I am. They show I clocked in on my day off & not the next day when I actually worked. I have screen shots. Messing with people's money is bad business. Service providers are not paid well as it is. App shows my locations wrong. I've clocked in at the clients home & app shows I'm thousands of ft or miles away.

hiccups. Almost nvr gets my initial location when i get there bt when i clock out it gets location well itll still say ft away. Its been catching my location better. Try to restart your phone after closing the app activity. helps. im paranoid bt i clock in a bit late sometimes cause the longer youre there the more it finally knows youre there there. Still says ft but my agency trusts that means im actually there so im grateful. I hope. always check it clocks u out too sumtimes it hasntgone thru

It works, however it could use some improvements. For example, I use the alternate device to clock in & out. When I input the clock in # it shows me the time, but not when I clock out. So I'm not sure if it went in or if it registered the right time. I would like to have a log of all my in/out device # and time. The other issue is that I have multiple clients, I would like to see their names instead of their # to make it easier to select the correct client. Or a nickname or color.

This app doesn't work correctly u can't see log ins and it doesn't clock u out now almost everytime. It keeps giving me errors and I can't see any of my clock ins I have to screenshot everyone of them for a yr now..he agency does nothing to aid in this matter VESTA FIX YOUR APP!!! In adding to my former review...I SEE VESTAS NOT RESPONDING TO ALL THE SAME NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT MANY OF US ALL HAVE..I WONDER WHY? HMMMM? So into the next yr. This app has only gotten worse. Doesn't make anything any easier. Doesn't show the time history so I have to be writing them down anyways and I could be in the clients kitchen and it'll say I A mile away. This probably benefits the company more but for me it doesn't make anything easier.

Awful app. Tells me I am half a mile away when I am in the client's living room. Can't believe states pay for this app. It's inaccurate and doesn't work about 40% of the time. Complete waste would give zero stars if an option.

Always shows me in anywhere from 20 to 1000 feet away when I am in my clients home. I spoke to my supervisor told to uninstall and reinstall app still did nothing to fix the problem. Very much a problem

Great app especially since I have more than one client. Very useful when I have to transport them to appointments. Would like to be able to view and verify clock in/out history, whether via landline, EVV device or app . A print option would also be helpful. Adding these options would make it a 5☆. Otherwise, I'm loving it thus far.

This app is very inaccurate. I can be sitting in the living room and it'll say I'm 100+ feet from learned distance. Not to mention I've been getting smaller checks since using the app.

Just don't work! First, it says I'm out of range then the company was telling it wasn't showing I was Clock-in/Clock-out. I reinstall and still nothing. No longer using it will uninstall.

Will th gps function on app ever work correctly again? I login from the same spot inside the house everytime and everytime I get a message telling me I'm between 4ish feet away and several thousand feet away. I don't know what changed but it broke the app for me.

Too many issues to put in a review and even if the "updates" "fix" the issue, don't worry there's going to be a new one waiting for you the next time you clock in.

Logging in requires that I turn off my Wi-Fi. But if for some reason I forget to turn it back on I use up all my data. That has happened at the beginning of each month! This is a serious problem & needs to be fixed. Other minor glitches occur but nothing like wiping out my data purchase for the month in a single day!

This is the worst app constant problems from not registering time every week it is something sometimes I have to look for click in and out times should all be in pending but sometimes they are inactive instead of active the worst thing is when it doesn't register employee time worst possible app if I had a choice I would use a different app employee can be standing in house says she is 428 feet away and in kitchen 354 feet away so with the new changes taking effect how is this gonna work

First off, the location indicator is horrible, it says I didn't clock out when I know I did. Then sometimes shows I'm clocked, then my agency calls me so I have to send them a screenshot showing the time I clocked in and out, it seems my paychecks are smaller since I started using this app. 0 STARS!! It's the most unprofessional app I've ever seen or used. Not to mention, I tries to tell me to clock out 3 hours early for some unknown reason. I miss time cards I miss the old system 😭

For the last 2 weeks or so the app thinks I'm 2000+ ft away when I'm in the client's house. This can negatively impact my pay. Last pay period my account was flagged for editing and approving every single punch in/out, ever though each punch was auto generated.

I have been having issues with this app saying I'm not clocking in at my clients home when I live in the same house as my client which is my dad. I've told the company about it and they recommended me having my wifi off when I'm clocking in. That still isn't helping.

Every time I go to log out, it says there's another session in progress, and the previous shift will be ended without a valid time and asks me to log in instead. That is an AWFUL bug to have, and really causes a LOT of concern. Only once in a rare blue moon am I logged out correctly (with total hours and in/out location displayed), and in the mean time, I have to constantly have my employer check my hours, which they should NOT have to do. FIX. YOUR BUGGY. APP. PLEASE.

Hate it! There's always something wrong with this app. Constant glitches and updates and still ain't worth the trouble. Missing time. And it keeps screwing up my pay. I don't work for free. I'm about to just quit if they dont find another form of time documentation because this is ridiculous. I would rather just submit a paper timesheet at least I won't be having holes in my paycheck because of missing time.

I too feel there needs to be more done to help the caregiver insure compliance with clocking in/out there have been times where I believe I have clocked out, only to find out the next day when I go to clock in am I shown a message that I had not with only 2 choices to select that are rarely accurate of why the clock-out didn't register. I suggest a better messaging method via the app and a confirmation text or email. I would be willing to be a participant in trying to resolve such issues.
