Their support team is the worst one I've ever interacted with, the app doesn't work as it's supposed to (it doesn't register first-timer offers, it keeps blocking you out of chats because of "suspected behaviour", you can't modify anything after you post an item, etc.). With such a lousy app, I would expect their support team to be more helpful but they basically cannot do ANYTHING (they can't unblock users, they cannot modify item description, they give wrong instructions, etc.)

Application is working great, not difficult to list your items, but the big problem are the ridiculously high fees for the seller and for the buyer. You really should start revising your fees!!! A great deal of profit is done anyway...

I love the app and the site itself, but sellers are often inactive. So be careful not to buy anything before you at least get a reply from the seller. I am now sending a third offer to a seller fot the same item and as if she vanished. No reply at all. Accounts like this are rather misleading.

I love the platform. Great finds, easy to sell, user friendly. However, recently they removed the lifestyle section, which is a big disappointment. This section had the coolest finds for gifts and house decor. Please bring it back!!!!

Really bad app. It's very buggy and incredibly cumbersome to add listings. It's also not very sophisticated, which makes it clunky and confusing to use. The two most frustrating aspects are that you can't edit listings once they're posted and that offers aren't binding. I constantly receive and accept offers, and the buyers don't complete the purchase. Lastly, the customer service email has been turned off and now there's a bot which is extremely unhelpful. I have stopped listing on this app.

CAUTION! Vestiaire Collective unfortunately seems to be a SCAM/THEFT SITE. I sold an item nearly two months ago and they have still not payed me or returned the item!! When notifying customer service, they keep saying they'll handle things and get back to you in 24h, but they never do. I've been in dialogue with customer service for weeks now and nothing has happened, they have still not payed me or returned my item.

I have lost my items and no returns after cancelled the sales. Terrible service.I recommend all the seller that never sale your items here on this app. They cost €12 but it is not allow to transfer the amount due to minimum international transfer policy by bank. I recommend to everyone don't sell any item here it is a scam.

The app I okay as a buyer, but I have had some of my worst selling experiences on this app, like the app constantly telling you to lower the price of your items, or taking a way to big cut of the deal, to 9/10 customers sending offers but never buying. Trendsales is better in every way.

Poor customer service. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, have zero pairs of shoes, and cannot even get a refund on the pair of shoes that their team inspected and immediately fell apart during first wear. I lost at least EU45 in authentication fees since 2 pairs failed authentication, and the 1 pair *SHOULD HAVE* failed authentication. I have also lost EU47 on the actual cost of the shoes that broke immediately during first wear. There is some mystery delay with the 4th pair of shoes, and no projected date when I will get them. And Vestaire Customer Service is refusing to offer me even a 15% discount for my next order to make up for all this... That's probably a good thing, because I never want to order from them again. There are plenty of competitors, and you can bet they will be gaining market share with Vestaire's customer service. Update 5/17/2022: After I published reviews online, Vestaire refunded me for the shoes that never shipped and offered me a $15 discount on my next order to make up for the shoes that broke. $15 doesn't even cover the wasted authentication/"quality control" fee, because of the dollar/Euro exchange rate. Regardless, even if you net $15 against the total amount spent, I wasted $104 (based on today's exchange rate) and got zero pairs of shoes.

I used to love the app, but the "direct shipping" option now includes additional fees. It didn't use to be that way. Idk why that was changed, but I'm not a fan of that change.

Absolutely awful experience using this app, purchase was "lost" during authentication, have been waiting over 14 days for a single coherent response from their customer service. Notification after notification despite turning tbme off. How is that acceptable? I've tried everything and the app thinks it knows better. I've turned all notifications off. Really poor design if you think it's fine to continually send push notifications even if the user doesn't want them. Uninstalled.

The app is filled with bugs. Absolutely the worst customer support i have ever experienced in my entire life. You can barely avoit the bot, the app crashed multiple times during the conversation. It's hideous.

Consistently the absolute worst customer service in the industry. On every occasion (there have been several!) The customer service: avoid questions, do not respond, fail to act, do unsafely collect data, offer no contact details, refuse to escalate, take over 30 days to a pick up questions, respon with copy and paste replies, do not action requests, refuse to provide company complaint process, refuse to help. They are the absolute worst. They have lost several deliveries, they don't even addres

I really like selling through Vestiaire, ut please improve your app and website, the User Experience is terrible! It's never working well when uploading items, super frustrating. Please fix asap the photos upload on the mobile app and allow us to choose pics from specific folder not just the entire gallery, I have to scroll down for so long to fund pics I took some time ago, it puts me off so much. Also so many times I've uploaded pics and they actually didn't appear in my ad.

I was blocked from contacting members despite never contacting anyone before. When I tried to find out why, just got a generic list of why people people are sometimes blocked - offensive behaviour, sharing personal information etc - I explained I was a new member and hadn't done any of these things (hadn't even contacted anyone before) - and just got the same list again, with no resolution. Tried the chatbot but got caught in an endless loop. Very annoying and no one will sell to me now.

For the last month there seems to be a different algorithm (which is much worse) for the items visibility. I'm getting a lot more views and sales on other platforms with a much smaller commission. At least the spam problem seems to be resolved for the time being.
