Pertains to Core400S air purifier All expectations being met, here are the exceptions. 1. The motor noise level (whine) is too high at low speed. Haven't tried sleep mode yet. 2. Alexa and Google voice works only for basic commands, not available to read out the displayed LED level of contaminants, like the official app. I picked up two units for better cleaning than a single unit. In three days of use I can see markedly less accumulation of settling dust on my table. I still vacuum though.
I've been using the scale and the body fat % has been within one percentage point. After this last update, it suddenly jumped 15%! It's a pricey scale to have these kinds of glitches. The app is just as glitchy. Half the time it connects to the scale; half not.
My biggest qualm with the app is it no longers syncs with Google Home. Whenever I put in my password to connect to Home, the login automatically adds the password again upon authorization, therefore making the making the password invalid. I do not have on automatic password fill when this happens. So now I can't voice control my devices. It's annoying having to go into the app to turn off or on a light.
Bought a 4 pack, 1 never worked properly. Attempted to get customer service to help troubleshoot or replace but after several unhelpful emails back and forth (that took a long time to receive) I gave up. The other 3 work great, the app works well and I am satisfied with them. Just wish I could have had the one defective one replaced at no cost.
False high alarms. I set it up in the app so if the air quality went above 50, it sent a notification to my phone (my home usually runs at around 8, so if it goes above 50, that usually means smoke). I keep getting false alarms though! It will tell me the air is above 100, but the auto cleaning won't kick on. After I manually turn it on, it immediately goes back down to 1-10. So frustrating.
Doesn't always register my scale and takes multiple tries. Setup could be easier - for a scale, why does it ask you your weight during setup? That doesn't seem to make much sense.
I just want a simple program to turn on and off my lights. This garbage program gets around to it eventually (at least when it doesn't just show an empty white screen), though it tries to make you accidentally click on an ad whenever it can.
Current app version makes it difficult to control my air purifiers. Before the last update I found change fan speed and settings easily but on this current version I sometimes get Request Timed out or I can't control fan speed at all. Only workaroundish I have found is setting or playing with the timer, then back to fan speed. Please fix this!
Average app but could be better. First off it is hard to add or remove foods you make or snacks you add. There should be a feature that allows you to edit calories, serving size, ect. I am now stuck on a bag of chips that is suppose to say 32g but it was stuck on the default of "100g. Would be nice if you can delete foods. The other issue with the app is that you cannot make a default measurement of serving size. It is stuck on 100g. I use weight my food usually by ounces.
Connects quickly and easily to my device, but I really would prefer to be able to turn my kettle on when I open the app. Not to spend 5 minutes closing out of ads, tutorials on how to "socialize" with other kettle-users(???), and so many other inescapable "features."
This app seems fairly accurate with my watch paired to it. The sleep setting doesn't seem very on point. With my scale linked to this app, it seems to work great. I like the new options they have to help with weight and other health goals. Really impressive.
First time user with this app. I originally was going to use this app for the air purifier that I bought only to find out my model isnt compatible. But I discovered they have a wellness feature that I definitely can use. I like the feature so far but will update my opinion when I use it more.
I have a cat that thinks the air purifier is his and sits on top of it and resets the filter even though the lock is on. What would be great is when the app lets me know it's been reset I want to tell it I didn't do this and put it back the way it was.
Great product!! I really the the app and being able to set a humidity setting and be able to keep it between 5% and set from anywhere even at work lol all in all great product for the cost
I just got my scale in the mail today and already it's giving me is issues. It won't start, I have no idea where the reset button on it is, I've tried restarting my own phone and still nothing. It can't find my phone on Bluetooth and my phone can't find the scale either, so what's the point??
The lazy s shaped connectors between data points are pretty, but abscure the trend in the data. I need to be able to scale the graphs and evaluate the trend. The formulas used to calculate the derived data need to be published. This is a cute game, but useless for actual analysis of necessary data. Play at your own risk.
Really easy to set up, just wish you could schedule them to turn on and off with sunrise and sunset. Looks like this has been added in updates. Now I wish you could change Wi-Fi connection without having to reset device...... Waiting..
This app used to work well with my Etekcity scale. I recently updated, and now the app loads, freezes, and refuses all input. It still shows the ads, though. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
The app has been updated but now when trying to select a speed 1 2 3 or 4 it's non responsive. Please fix. I use the app remotely away from home. It worked fine prior to the update so something changed.
Had my scale for 3 years now and it's now having problems connecting to phone...might need a new one. I think the scale is pretty good. I will buy another to replace it. I would give it 5 stars but this Bluetooth problem is a pain in the arse.
Always disconnecting from app, then you lose control of the humidity you're trying to maintain...definitely looking for a better humidifier with these features..
App is comfortable to use. The interface is nice, minimalistic and self-explanatory. It's not lacking any features you'd expect. The scheduling was an unexpected surprise (a "everyday / select all days"-button would be nice though). The graph feature is nice (and quickly reached once you realize you can tap the circle/number), but it could refresh faster or have a force-refresh button. All in all I like it very much and I think it's 'nearly' perfect in what it's supposed to do.
I installed this app to control a bedroom humidifier - to change the default automatic humidity level and to have it operate only overnight. I can reset the humidity but the scheduling feature - what I really want - is useless. It allows the humidifier to be turned on or off a single time or once a week. I can do that by hand! Am I missing something?
I use this app to control my humidifier. I don't want to be sold or advertised new appliances. I don't want social features. I don't want sweepstakes. This app is so cluttered and the option to select my smart device is just a small button to open a separate section. The main use of the app is to control devices but you've loaded it with junk.
