Worst travels ever!! Following issues faced like never before..I'm a girl of 25 yrs: 1. No screen for my seat - AC sleeper single berth. 2. Driver1 misguided me to take another empty double seater as replacement, but suddenly midnight a guy came and claimed it's his seat. Can't express how worst I felt when an unknown guy is next to me suddenly. 3. Never stopped in my dropping point, it was 4 30am in morning, but while boarding driver1 told they will stop and to keep alarm by 4 30. 4. Driver2 told he is unaware and dropped me at a stop 30 minutes away from my stop by 4 45am. Never ever trust or choose vetri travels. Worst experience ever!! Zero safety and comfort!!

Don't Ever Book this Bus Service... Too Worst.. On 08 feb 2019 I have booked Chennai to Perumanallur ( Route : Chennai to Kangayam Via Tiruppur) bus no NL 01 B 1208 in this app but they have dropped in different Droping point... Driver says that we have changed route one month back.. No Information given in change of route while booking in app.... Because of I have wasted more than 2 hours to reach the Droping Place.... Dont waste money and Time...
I traveled from Chennai to Mettur this month. Very low quality berth and convenient. The particular driver is very rude and not polite in answering. Passengers treated like free travelers.

Booked ticket for journey from Nagercoil to Trichyon 23/11/20...Bus No-NL01 B1568...On reaching Trichy driver dropped me at a different location than my drop point claiming that the bus will go only in bypass to Chennai and has no dropping location in Trichy and I have to stepout wherever he drops me in whereas in my ticket it is given clearly my dropping point in Trichy is Palpannai Junction...Bcz of this rude behaviour of driver I had to walk more that 1km with luggages at 2.55 a.m...
worst travel...i travlled from salem to coimbatore.they are almost one hour late and theirs staff behavior was worst.they didn't show respect to the passengers and even keep opening our screens annoyingly.

why the staffs keep opening the screen unneccessarily.... its very irritating
Third class operator. please don't book this fraud operator. They will cancel the ticket without your knowledge and when you escalate they will start abusing.. Don't book or use these kind of kind of third class operator, Customer support are very rude and illiterate people. They are speaking like mentally retarded people and saying "it's our bus and we will CANCEL at anytime".. you can imagine their professionlism with the sentence in double quotation.

Friends do not Book tickets from vetri mobile app, try to Book from reputed app like Redbus, Amazon etc. I have booked the ticket on 22rd March 2020, But I received a text message the next day that the bus was cancelled due to government norms and I've not travelled. After that i have called to several numbers for refund but i did not get any proper reply or refund from vetri travel management.. very poor customer service from vetri website. Also poor management & no system.
