I really like this app so far. I think it's an effective way to help Vets who are a little shy talking about their issues with others or with their doctors. I wish it was a little less repetitive and more quick pace. But I am enjoying being able to talk about things with others who are going through similar things.
This app is almost exactly like the site. Haven't tried the chats on here, so I don't know how well they work. As a veteran, the program has helped me drastically in my thinking and stuff.
Had to uninstall, just keeps crashing after login.

Needs more flexibility. When someone responds to your question in the Q&A section, you need to be able to respond to their answer. It's nice that people answer, but, you have no way to respond to let them know if their answer is feasible to your situation.

Easy to use and effective way to do the program vs being on a internet browser. The only thing that doesn't work is the photo upload for setting your profile picture.
Not a fan of reading sometimes it takes me a few times of reading to understand. I'm more hands on a verbal in conversation

Great way for younger veterans to get help and find others.
The Text and chat should be redone. Have our writing is covered up. A HUGE need for a general live chat. There are tons of Veteran forums all over the net. But a live chat for many people to open up and share now, is what's needed.
You can discontinue your service and payments at any time you just have to click on your settings. Unfortunately, they don't have a settings window for you to discontinue payment. If you try emailing them they won't reply if you try calling them there's no answer.
This app is awesome it really helps vets with PTSD depression and all that as well as providing rewards for bettering themselves as far as points to redeem for gift cards

It has really helped me and it uses the same approach that I was paying 100 dollars per visit for with an LPC.
This app is pretty great for vets. It has many tools and people who support you with any questions and in many situations. There is always someone to talk to. I give it 4 stars as they have quite a few technical errors. The point system is great, but I have missed out on a few of those points seemingly due to technical errors. Can't say the team is very responsive when it comes to assisting here as I never received those lost points for the programs completed or any message back Bout the issue's, but all in all....it is a great program and I recommend it to any Vet who is looking for an outlet or just look to learn things about yourself and others.
