Frustrating! Unable to connect! The app simply doesn't function on android. By the looks of the reviews it seems to have been abandoned. There is no option to allow Bluetooth permissions in the app so it simply won't ever work in it's current state. Luckily we have one Apple device in our house that it can connect to.

ok...the app is a bit of a challenge to make work, but once one has dialed it in it's pretty cool... to make it work one needs to recognize that the app it's self is not clear... one push turns the receiver on, then it takes 2 additional pushes to activate the blue tooth, but if the phone is not set to accept or scan for devices then an error comes up, scan for devices on the phone, turn on the app, it took a few attempts to make it work...hold the button down and the receiver will power down...

The robot required a firmware update. The app have me a dialog that read "preparing firmware update" for 9 minutes. I restarted the app, and the update immediately proceeded. This was particularly frustrating because during my previous attempt to update firmware, the app crashed and bricked the robot's control unit. However, the manufacturer was great and sent me a replacement swiftly.

This app works great on the iPhone. It does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. When trying to pair with Bluetooth, it reported a firmware update was required. It then got stuck with "preparing to update firmware". On my iPhone it installed the firmware update quickly and worked great.

Off road truck has connection issues, steering hardly works, if at all, most of the time. Foward and reverse work snappy and fine. 100% together correctly and triple checked. Hope the bug is fixed, would really like to use with my kids.

Took 5 or more times to get the update done and after building, downloading app, and updating it didn't work wont pair with any phone seems bricked since updated what a waste of time and money. The only thing that worked was the adds that came with this app. Can anybody say class action.

it's the best thing ever driving that little car that you built is awesome everybody who downloads it you have been a good idea if you buy a good job because I really appreciate it because you can drive your mini little car and it's awesome

This app says that my robot is out of date and says updating and is stuck on update and does nothing for my Offroad Truck. It does not work after all the work building it and I can't connect it to any device to drive it. :(

At first I was frustrated. I needed instructions to know how to sync the bot. But I found a video that showed me how to make it work. Once you know how to sync it your golden. The app is easy to use and my son is thrilled!!

If you're seeing this it means you've read the plenty of others reviews and I agree with them, my phone won't even get past the pair new part, doesn't even respond when I click the button. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Can't download app, it gets to 100% then pauses for a few seconds and goes back to 1% ..5 times this has happened ..Samsung galaxy 9+

Does not work. Tried on multiple LG and Samsung phones. The offroad truck was a sweet build but my kids and I would like to have this thing screaming through the grass.

Doesn't work... devices won't pair with my galaxy A8. Somebody please fix this in the next update

Of road trucks' stearing does not work at all! And guess what I just wasted 6 and a half hours building the dang thing only to find out it doesn't work. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬🤬

Would be VERY nice if it could actually connect to Bluetooth and be able to use the robot.

Robot disconnects 15cm away from phone and falls over. Takes a very long time to connect, if at all. We have 1 very disappointed girl! Her very expensive Christmas present doesn't even work🥺

Its good but not really it would'nt download then when it did it took forever! And my car vent verry slowly i wont download again!!!!!

Excellent! Works great if you follow rhe instructions and get it to connect.

Works Great! Let the robot connect itself and it works fine. Only connect one robot at a time though 😁

It says my robot, the off-road truck, is out of date, then loads a nonexistent firmware update

Same problems as everyone else. Can't believe we wasted a weekend building this thing that won't connect.
