Veyo Driver

I have this app on my company phone. Biggest gripe I have is that trips don't show until the day of the trip. Definitely problematic considering that one such trip was at 4:45 one morning, and the app didn't show it the night before. Suggestion for improvement: show a list of trips at least 3 days ahead. The 3-day list would not necessarily have to be clickable but it could at least show the patient's name and the city they are in.

I have had bad experience with veyo. I have called multiple times and updated my phone number and they still haven't got it right and I've missed appointments because the drivers call the wrong number.

Could be slightly better...wish there was an option to where if a driver is in the middle of a ride and needs to sign off immediately AFTER the conclusion of the current ride (when you end the trip in the app) he or she is on so the decline rate of the driver is not affected..sometimes future trips come in and when you decline them, it affects your decline rate. If this option becomes available, I will modify to five star rating.

App is very glitchy. If you log off the app in on area, say Phoenix, and you log back on in say Apache Junction, the app will think you are still in Phoenix and send you back to back trip requests from there. It can take several attempts of going offline and even restarting the whole app to get trip requests in your area. On top of that there are multiple times when you go to accept a trip and you get a Network Error message and then you don't get the trip.

I'll change this upon successful registration, but frustrating I can't advance further in onboarding due to "network error" trying to log in the app. It won't even let me continue online.. Must be on your end, so I'll just give it some time. Update 5/26 - was able to register, but can't get past the CPR/First Aid and vehicle inspection until your office opens here

Not bad, but only having weekly payouts and not daily is quite a deterrent, a full weeks worth of gas money if you drive everyday is not always available if you're barely making it, they need to allow daily payouts then it will be much much better, everyone does it, it's 2021 already can't be that hard veyo, come on now. But I like getting my money right away.

The app has a tendency to post me out of network. When that happens, I don't get trips or can complete trip unless i restart my phone. If it happens too often, I sign off for the day.

I still make more than uber and lyft with veyo but this app needs fixing. To many no shows without cancellation compensation, almost impossible to find people in appt complex if they dont answer phone, wants me to accept rides up to 10 miles away ect...

I have used veyo to set a ride to a appointment and they said they canceled and could not give me a reason why it was cancelled

Very good employer they give you pick up pretty much one right after the other The checks are always on time plus the peak time bonuses helps. The app is very user-friendly and easy to figure out all of the clients that I picked up where polite and friendly passengers I can't say I really like this app and this company thanks a lot for the opportunity to start a better future for myself ☺️

Literally just got the app and it is giving me issues...

VEYO is a very poor service I'm a rider every day at the same time and it's been nothing but a nightmare since day one I've been stranded I've had them not show up multiple times they call and text to confirm my rides everyday and still don't show up if you use them for medical appointments I would try and work out using another service multiple friends of mine have been going through the same nightmare do not ride with VEYO! I hope driving for them is a lot smother than riding with them.

I am trying to load. This app will not let me into the previous version and will not allow me to download the latest version.

I am still waiting for veyo to develop a destination mode. There are several times throughout the day where I have certain places to be at certain times and I would love to take more trips but only if they are headed towards my destination

5/2020 this app has come a long way from its 1 star beginnings. Nice to see modern capabilities. Don't like that app is insistent on DND being on? Why??? 4/23/19 4 stars so good too see very positive and necessary changes to the app for all of us too be more productive and successful. Thanks Veyo.

This whole system is trash pick ups have specific instructions as they are many handicapped. We are not able to see results in many, many wasted trips, gas. No money made. Need to do better one client fell because there were no specifics on screen .police ambulance had to come. I'm sure he sues

Company is a crock, can potentially exposed you to bio hazard, pay rate not worthy of exposure, not clear on their requirements, I took the time to go on site to complete testing prior to finishing 1 online drivers test and they refuse to allow me to finish my test they wanted me to go back a second time but they never mentioned it had to be completed before appearing on site even tho I was sent an email to do so, a waste of time. Needless to say they had audacity to say I was rejected, joke!🤣

Very well done app. There is nothing confusing in this app. Very easy to read and to follow steps. I'm a newbie, I haven't actually had a client pick up yet but am looking forward to it.

Is difficult to sign off of the app once you start to receive trips.. I don't like being told I can't go off line because the app forced a trip through while I'm trying to log off..

I have worked for veyo for almost year now and they wonderful but they do have to step up there Game with having an online support service getting back to you faster the several days later. When you need answers right then and there.

Watching the videos on a 2"x1.5" I dont think is informative. because of the screen size it's hard to see the big picture.

A lot of no show and then you will not get paid anything after driving for long distances... Veyo is just wasting for time and money... this should be fixed.

Great to serve the elderly and cpr classes are great waiting for my next oppertunity to serve
