This app always fails it says to call the bank for assistance. But there is no 24 hours help they shouldn't have gotten rid of the Susie Q line. I also wish it had updates when the bank closes early for staff meeting,maybe thats asking for to much.
Deposited a check via photo deposit. Great service. One issue, most other banks I use say exactly what must be written on the back of the check. Did not see that info for VFCU. Did I miss it?lk

Unable to open the app. It just displays a white screen.

App is up to the minute info, no hassles, & easy to use!! When calling the bank, customer service has always been very helpful. They make sure all questions have been answered or concerns taken care of.
