This app got me so frustrated today! I mean, Why does it take forever to open? Someone can not quickly open the app and make fast transaction within a minute, before the app comes up for you to login you'll be frustrated already. I've been managing it like this for awhile now but today it got on my nerves. When i badly needed to make a quick transfer but it didn't open for good 30mins! And it wasn't a network issue cos i had to reconnect to someone else's wifi to be sure. & it's on new update o
The best, there's no doubt this is the real bank of the free, smooth, easy to use and no glitch nor problems with transactions, auto reverser. I'm happy with no experience for the past 2 years.
The app is really fantastic but I have a few issues with it 1,the time out is just Soo annoying, the slightest distraction has me starting over 2. Every log in shows on my email and that is just Soo annoying truth be told. I guess aside those it's a very fast app and easy to use Thumbs up
Your App's transaction is seamless and swift. I would recommend you furnish the transaction options like the "top up and others of the same kind" with beautiful colors to make it look more appealing than leaving it blank the way it is now. Secondly, there should be a "COPY BUTTON" of the account number detail for ease of use. Keep up the good work!
With this app, I believe my finances are secure and in safe hands. I don't know if you guys can create something like a space for individual budget of the year and also a place to tick when any of the things listed have been achieved/done. Just a suggestion though.
Great bank. 💯✅. Ever since I updated my app, I can't select a beneficiary, the app closes. Tried time and time again, even uninstalled and reinstalled it, no difference, except I input the account number manually. Can this be fixed ASAP? Thank you
It seems the V app needs some colour tweaking. Names of contacts are not visible. And multiple contacts are not visible. But when I click on the seemingly blank space, the number gets inputted in the typing space.
Dear customer care, I write with a heart filled with tears as when I try using this updated app, it keeps closing when I am about doing transfer. truth be told the app has one of the best before the updating. I need you to look into this issue thoroughly and find a solution to it. Sincerely yours, Concerned customer.
I am not able to use the vbank app on my new Samsung A13. Each time I open the app to input my login details it automatically closes without any reason. After a while a message will pop up requesting an update from the developer.
Jesus Christ, people were like this is the Bank that is to replace Kuda only for me to install and have been fighting to register for months. The Bugs are insane, it's either the selfie verification process keeps spinning or you can't confirm your pin but they will allow you to still press confirm. Don't even know if I'm a registered user yet cause I literally can't even find any of their mail on my address, my guess is I'm not but at least let me register.
Update: things have been smooth for a while. Update: restriction was removed after about 2 days but terminating investment is now manual again. I'm still keeping my money here with one mind. Digital bank that doesn't have plans to resolve glitches in real time. Now my account is restricted because of the error that resulted from a glitch that I didn't even exploit Fix up!
Transactions are swift. Great bank. But their debit card services is extremely poor. Ever since i got my debit card, I've not been able to activate it at any ATM machine. Really appalling. I've complained severally to customer service, but none seem to be giving me any meaningful response. I've accepted my fate and dumped the card. My loss! I've decided to reduce my 5 star to 3.
The Font in Searching for beneficiaries is white and it makes it difficult for you to see what you are typing when searching for beneficiary. PlS make the font black. The app is good though
Its a nice app for me, but I was told I will get 4% of any amount I deposit on the first of every month. I deposited the sum of #217000 on the 28th of Febuary expecting to receive the 4%(on the 1st of March) of what I deposited to reflect on my dashboard on the app, which is #8680, I actually didnt see the 4% and I sent an email, and couldnt get any response😞😣...........WHY!😣😣😣😥
This app is so annoying. I started using it recently cause of my new business.. i put money in it and now I can't transfer it out or use the money to do anything. It keeps telling me my account is not updated or validated. I've done all the kyc
This app is great as well as the service. You also get interest when you deposit in the account. I rate it 4 because the option for pay bill is still not working properly. I highly recommend it for every one.
The app is great, customer service on point👍but I will appreciate if I can trace my transaction history on the app(both credit and debit)the notification bell at the top right can do the job.
90% of the time when I want to do a transfer to other banks I get this WARNING: "Transaction may have failed . Please confirm your account balance before re-initiating" Kindly look into this. It is quite frustrating...

It has been a rollercoaster ride with vee app.... i love it absolutely and would choose vee even in heaven 🤣🤣🤣🤣. All in all, great banking experience anytime i open my vee app

I love the app and their services however adding a dark mode to it won't be a bad idea at all and please you guys should fix the app cos sometimes it take long to login and this is very bad
I dont like this new updated VFD app. Its too complicated. I prefer the settings of the old app. Do something urgently abput this app. I can't transfer more than 50,000 a day
Really simple to use, swift, straightforward and super friendly to a new time user.
So far the best Nigerian bank in all categories for me. Lovely designed app with user friendly dashboard, smooth stressless operation, best interest yielding experience, and no annoying fee deductions for transferring funds. I've given 5 stars, but keep developing more features to remain on top. I strongly recommend adding ability to open domiciliary savings accounts, particularly dollars, pounds and euros. Also a channel to buy treasury bills would be great!
It's really a lovely application and it met most of my expectations. However, there are few things that I'd like the developer to work upon. 1. It's a lot of time before the app loads especially the first page of the app. 2. It's disturbing to always get log in notification each time I log in into my account with the same device. It would be good to do that if I log in with an unknown and not my same device. 3. The app is not supposed to show my account balance after selecting the account.
