App is only a blank screen, been that way for months. I installed it and restated then reinstalled. It's still blank. Kroger and Meijer I have no problem with. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I'm very disappointed, used it for years, now it's nothing
This system is so efficient. The store shoppers go above and beyond. The app alerts the shoppers with GPS tracking of how long until you're there. Shut off your car and open your trunk and you are on the road in less than 10 minutes. No other store does the pickup process as well as VG's!
For some time now, have not been able to see all the coupons available. Wrote, got no answer. Only a canned response that I can clip the coupons at the store. My digital coupons are expired. That's mostly what is on my app.
Not giving a rating, because it installed an update, and all I get us a blank screen when it opens. Absolutely annoying, because I always use the coupons.
Best tech support ever. I sent an email a few days ago about issues with version 3.7 not working. Within 2 days a new revision was released and the app now works on my phone. Great job!
Only can view the current ad. Unable to search for items to purchase to put on a shopping list. I can list general items, but not a specific product. So, it's kind of useless.
Ever since the new update. The app keeps crashing. Every time I click on it. It opens than it loads and then it crashes.
The app does exactally what its supposed to do which in itself is great! It gives me most sales,.which i need to know cause theres no paper sales comming out now. I see a lot of things in the store on sale that are not in the paper though!
Can't register only sign in which if you can't create a account get you no where. Irritated I can only gets good deals if I have a digital coupon.
The website and app are very inconsistent.... sometimes things work and sometimes they dont... sometimes it saves things and sometimes it doesn't...
Very friendly helpful employees, the store is normally clean and uncluttered. The prices are a little higher than other local (big) stores but less crowded with rude shoppers makes it a little more attractive for me
VG'S IS A WONDERFUL AND A CHARASMATIC GROCERY STORE!!!! I LOVE TO GO THERE AND SHOP. I AM A RELATIVELY NEW SHOPPER AND I PLAN TO BE A "LONG-TERM" SHOPPER. THE PLACE IS CLEAN, DISINFECTED, APPROPRIATELY STOCKED WELL, AND EVERYTHING IS IN ITS PLACE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY KIND, FRIENDLY, EAGER TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY, AND I JUST LOVE GOING THERE!!!!!!
I like being able to order my groceries online, but I wish I could build a list of favorite items that I order often.
I and My Wife come here all the Time. There is plentiful of items on store shelves. Store is very Spacious and very Clean. The staff here is very Cordial and Sincere and always willing to make your shopping experience with them a very good one too.
App will not open....
App worked great until the latest update. Now it brings up an error and will not open. Very disappointed
App not working I have deleted and restarted x2 and I still can't get the app. to work. It just stopped several months ago.
It has good coupons. I only wish it had a store look up option, so I would know what isle something is in.
I can't get the app to open often and have to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to open.

I've only had 1 or 2 issues with the fast lane checkout. Other than that great app!
I haven't been able to use the mobile app in a couple of days. The VG's logo pops up and nothing.
Shopped VG'S My whole life. Great store. Quality meat produce. Little more expensive, I feel it's worth it. Best pharmacy ..... hands down better than any big name pharmacy. THANK YOU !!! 😄

Always wants me to update my phone number, then states it already has that phone number but won't let me sign in.
Great, but we need to have a bagels rewards. Buy 6 bagels get the 7th bagel free.
Could use an easier way to put prescriptions in where it allows you to refill more than 1 script instead of always taking you back to the home page after punching in 1 script.
