Our doctors are available to consult in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Japanese, with additional languages available upon request. If you are eligible, consults are free and available as often as you require.
Two types of services are available:
(1) Video Consultations: book a video appointment with a doctor at a time that suits you
(2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation – the doctor will typically return your call within 2 – 4 hours

Works well for us, haven't had issues
To get the access code, email vHealth. I found that quite strange, but it appears to work now that I've managed to log it. I will edit my review once I've used it and maybe have more to say.
Can't register! Why not register with member ID? Why a separate login process from the website? I started anyway because I needed the promised service quite urgently. Asked for "Access Code". Not a clue how to get one. Nothing arrived by email or sms. :-( What a letdown.
App is not working, keeps on getting a msg that unable to connect to network. It's not reliable.
Simply unusable. You fill in fields in the medical history. It tells you you haven't. You then can't book an appointment because your medical history is supposedly incomplete. Really awful and waste of time
Can't even register, after all amost done, it tells me, my Email is not correct. BUT this is my Email and YOU just used it, sending me all the messages, adds!!!!!!
Useless time waste. Crashes the after the first time usage. Deleted and installed 3 times. Hope companies like Aetna would use someone with basis knowledge of app design.
I always get invalid credentials when trying to login. I am able to login through the website, but not through app.
Its easy and practical. Helped alot during this pandemic situation though we need to expect the high occupancy rates as well.
Another way Aetna shows how much distain it has for it's customers.
Very basic, but great service. Fiddled around a little to find my existing video appointment.
Not able to create an account as the app won't actually send the verification SMS required to move on to the next step.
would have been nice to know before downloaded it and called the number the my access code that it is not accessable in the U.S.
Unable to login and going for foegot password but messahe is not coming to registered email. Bewakoof app and worthless custer care

It says no internet connection, so i cannot even open the app.
cvs/Aetna has three (3) of the most #Worstest – most #Useless – designed by a ‘Special Child age 6’ Android apps… Now cvs will make the company & the support technology even more Web 1.0 backwards! –LJ

Can Not join this app
In signing up, I had to enter my birthdate. It wouldn't let me just type it in. I had to click month by month back to 1978 in order to choose it on the calendar. That's 486 months. Meaning I had to click 486 times to get back to 1978. And then, when I'd get a few years back, it would reset to 2018. ughh
Stupid app
There is a problem with this app! It will not 'initialise' even though I am connected to the internet. Unreliable app. When it worked it was great but it no longer opens!
