It does not seem to be working since update. Truly horrendous. Won't let me sign in or use verification code. Cannot send receipts. Ive been in contact with vhi support. They seen to blame it on everyones type of phones. I explained I'm quite a technical person and have tried everything at this stage, even took screenshots of the purple buffering screen and the one that shows "login error" The IT team were to get back to me but never did. It seems that this APP isn't working for the majority ppl

Seemingly can do nothing on it. This app looks and behaves nothing like the documentation I was recently sent for setting up for the waiver refund, or the online video. Where the hell can I add my bank details for snap and send on this, or on your website for that matter?

Easy to upload receipts but terrible that you can't see how much was refunded for each claim. Instead you have to go to the webpage and get a OTP before you can download a claim report.

One time code is not being sent to my phone so can't complete registration. Called VHI and was told there's a problem with it and it won't be fixed for 24-48 hours, to try again tomorrow at midday and if that doesn't work to try the following day. 🤦

The online doctor booking facility has bugs. Time slots not correctly displaying and days are mixed up. Otherwise pretty decent app.

Brilliant, can't remember details, have to reset my password, so it texts me a verification which I leave the app to read then trying to go back into the app it repeats the cycle! Pulling down my top menu shows me 4 numbers and not the five numbers I need for verification. VHI who does your I.T? it's truly amazing... sarcasm. EDIT : Thanks for your reply, however that's the usual BS answer, "contact us and we'll be happy to help you out" just making your app easier to use in the first place? Zz

Difficulty with the pin not uploading directly. My phone only showed 3 digits and meant I sas trying to open text msg as well as the ap. Very cumbersome and meant I had to sign back in more than once and just by chance I guessed the fourth and fifth digit

Terrible app. Will not send the code. Useless. Works every time with my fingerprint log in on my iPad. This bit is an update. Sometime in the 'early hours' I was woken by the sound of many notifications. They were multiple pass codes. Anyway one was accepted and app opened and was able to set my own passcode. Seems to be working now, but wouldn't have been much use in an emergency earlier. I'll upgrade to 3 star rating as trust remains an issue.

The app is obviously poorly made. When signing in, all progress is reset if you switch to a different app, so you have to start over and wait for yet another SMS. It won't let you use a camera unless you give access to local media files. After creating claims, valuable info from photos is cropped away. I have to HOPE that they were actually uploaded in full without any cropping, because there's no way to confirm this.

App seems overall good but you need to sort out the booking and appointment system. It is not clear how to access your appointment when the time comes and ended up with myself missing my spot. I have had to reschedule but this was very much inconvenient. Spoke to a rep on the phone and it seems you are aware of this but have not decided to fix. Even a better explanation would suffice. Sort it out. I feel sorry for those who are not tech literate and have worries. It's an extra unneeded burden.

A total shambles of an app- really frustrating. I Couldn't get into the app, so I deleted and reinstalled. Like an earlier reviewer I have not received the emails to complete set-up. A call to the "help desk" didnt help - take a screenshot and email (and it could take 3-5 day's for them to respond). The book a doctors appt throws up errors. And putting in DOB - have to scroll back month by month (at my age an awful lot of months)

Earlier entry: For two days, I couldn't enter the app - it accepted my email address and password, then sent me an SMS code which it accepted, then asked me to supply a pin for the future, which I gave it, - then the app turned into a completely unresponsive empty purple screen!! Update: Following the above review entry, VHI advised contacting Appsupport, who I emailed, and they advised deleting and reinstalling the App. - This worked!

A great little app. No need to file away paper receipts until year end. Snap them & send them in. They are processed very quickly.

I am frustrated beyond belief with this app.Verification codes that never arrive ,not registering your dob despite typing it in over and over.This has NEVER worked properly for me.

For some reason my vhi app on my phone has stopped working. I rang vhi CS and was told to delete it and reinstall again on my phone which I did with the same issues. I have even requested a new password link thinking this might sort it, but that email did not come through. Very frustrating. What is going on here? Nothing is incorrect in any of my log in details by the way nor is there a problem with my phone. It has worked fine for me prior to this.

Nightmare! The pin only displays 4 of 5 numbers and when I went to check the text for full number I had to log back in.. Eventually selected auto populate but it took a while to figure that out.. It is not clear where to go to upload a receipt there should be a button or something.. Not user friendly from a phone.. Maybe easier from a PC

Very frustrating that you cannot submit more than one photo / receipt to a claim. VHI require all information invoice, receipt of payment etc or they will deny the claim. You then have to call VHI to resolve the matter and they suggest you post in the documentation.... Conclusion, what's the point of the snap and send feature? Also, membership number is never correct.
