User friendly and makes handeling money so much easier.
The only reason you don't get a 5 is that we can't deposit checks from our phone.

I like the latest updates. Really like the extra security provided with fingerprint authentication. I am hoping you will add more two-factor authentication down the road, like the ability to use a yubi key NEO to authenticate. Keep up the great work.
Why does it tell me I am locked out when I have done nothing wrong. Smh.

Would like to be able to see what's on hold and pics off checks
Allows you to access & manage your accounts. I would like to be able to receive push notifications & or texts messages whenever funds are deposited to my account via direct deposit. Then it would definitely receive 5 stars from me.
I want to be able to pay my credit card through this app if you figure out how to do that I will change it to 5

We love this app...easier than website
All of the features I would want in a basic app are present. I have been hoping for this app for a while and am thrilled it is finished. The spending charts are an excellent way to get an overview of my financial picture. Very, very well done. My only gripe is from a design standpoint. It is perfectly functional, but not particularly pretty. I would suggest a graphic artist and User Interface expert be brought on when it is time to update.

Won't let create an account!!!! Needs fixed. Keeps says my information is wrong but in know it's not.!!!!!!!
Keeps locking me out and no it is not me.
The tellers at the Eastside branch (by Dollar General) were awesome. The management at the main branch were rude and unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.
