Experienced some lags, but overall this is a great app.
Good initiative...there isn't any local app for public transportation... it needs to be enhanced and developed to better serve the commuters. It would be nice to have it integrated with maps and give complete route option from destination A to B rather just giving from Bus stop A to B..
I can decide a way to travel properly with this app. It shows various ways, also how far each bus is. However, not all of the buses included in the app, which is a big drawback for users.
Really love the 26 Jul version. Love the fonts, simple but stylish and easy to read. I also like how the app shows different bus line options (this has been improved from an older time when the app showed only 1 line option each for 'least transfer' and 'a/c only'). The developer has been doing a great job. They could move forward to make the app more comprehensive in multimodal trip planning. Keep up the impressive job!
Missing a lot of key feature that help people who want to use public transit. Example, no notification when the selected bus come nearby, no fare estimate for each bus, GPS work with some bus, no report a bad bus driver. Better use Google Maps than this application.
Very useful and accurate app for bus transportation. However, most of the bus lines have not yet included. We are looking forward to more development and improvement in near future. :)
Very good app, help time estimation before traveling and know which direction has bus number i want. But want ViaBus improve app; sometimes when turn on app it shows at Victory Monument bus stop not shows at bus stop i am waiting, have to turn on and off many times.

It makes my life more convenient. I can now sit peacefully and look where the bus is via application since the gps is quite accurate. It will be perfect if it has notification or some sounds to alert if the bus is coming near me.
Best (only?) app to take advantage of Bangkok's bus network. Usually more accurate than google maps. Geopositioning feature is a lifesaver (try to stand and wait 20min for your bus in BKK tropical heat..)
Great app, displays information that's hard to find elsewhere in an easy to use way. It has a few bugs and performance issues.
I suggested you for show the bus which end before in application. Supposed No.145 end at HappyLand coz normally 146 end at Mohchit like that. Thank You 😎
Used two times in Chiang Mai. two times wrong informations. Two times need to pay for an other bus arrive on th good destination..... Can't trust in this app!!! no way to plan any way by smart-city-buses in that city......
It's to some extent helpful. However the feature to find places or bus number usually get a zero hit. This must be improved.

Works so bad, impossible to chose the actual position to start a trip, the app never find the best bus route (maps yeah) so it's impossible to use
It shows a wrong information and doesn't give a choice to choose bus only connection. It told me that bus 25 from Bearing goes to Phloen Chit but it doesn't. Don't waste your time for this app.
Very useful app. You get the best advise on public transport. Biggest plus point is you can see full route of particular bus number. If you are in Bangkok, must have this app.
It's a wonderful app. It's all what you need when you're going to catch buses in Bangkok. Not only Bangkok, but also Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, maybe more. Fantastic. I wish if All bus companies in the world would make Apps like this!
Really useful for getting around. The information is mostly reliable, but not 100%.That isn't the fault of the app but of the bus companies, though.
Latest update make some lag experience for Galaxy S21 Series (I use FE but my friends using S21 meet same lag too) and It make hot temperature sometime. Please check bug in your latest update.
