After last update the app does not open at all. It closes itself immediately after launching it.
After the update few days ago the app crashes directly when after the start, restarting the device didn't help the problem
It was a horrible experience. I ordered the card by mistake and the fees were nowhere to be mentioned. All of a sudden I see that I have a payment notice of 90€ where I never used the card and I had to pay. Also the customer service was pathetic and arrogant. It's a scam. Never download this app. You have many other alternatives if you want a prepaid card. Ex: transferwise etc
Very happy with my VIABUY card, hasn't let me down ever when paying for anything, including renting cars and hotel reservations (which is frequently an issue with other prepaid cards). Also, the many loading options are unrivaled and are always great when needing to load cash quickly. Big thumbs up 👍
The app is the worst I had ever used. They collect their 89.80 for services expected from them before activation and when money is deposited into the account to run urgent expenses they withhold it for no reason and you could hardly get customer service attention for explanation. Very bad.
This is a scam. Once you get your card delivered to your home address it is fine. When you pay the activation fee they ask for confirmation of the address that they sent the card to, even when you do know that documents are correct they refuse. The refund takes 30 days during which time they have invested your money to make a profit in interest.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Just a little interest for this application and this card, because the team takes a lot of time to respond to the emails, inside 5 work days and in most cases the answer is not conform to what was requested. The client send an important email with much explanations to be clarified and he receive a ridiculous email limited to 1... 2 little text lines. In the other hand an email must be answered in the NEXT TWO HOURS after placed the doubt, issue or any other problem and not

No customer service. I can't reply email. They ask me to transfer 90€ before using the stupid card. they end telling me to pay 91€ 38cent, after I have added the 91€. Ok let me add money to the card with sofort I have to pay 88cent per 50€. In other master card we don't pay why using sofort. 👎👎👎👎👎
I used this mistercard before 3 years it was really good and very honest and it was amazing mistercard . and this is Germany and England bank . and if someone makes new mistercard he should charges the mistercard first then he should load the money on the card . this is automatically system . it was very easy and fast . I can use it any where and I can buy anything from Internet . but it's not cheap unfortunately it's little bit expensive . I hope they make discount
You know, i have been with you guy's for 3 years. I was pretty much forced after you guy's took 90 euros off of me. But it really isn't bad. I just think it's rather expensive to have to pay 90 for the card and the service's
Even though commissions are a bit on the higher side, I used it for years, everywhere, and was always accepted. Now even using it for groceries.
Viabuy is a very stupid company how can you ask for a different document to open an account then ask for a different document for you to be credited for a transaction to was sent to you even after I sent to them two different document they have refuse to credit my account send the money back to the original account they refuse that's stealing .
I'm really impress with the services these days, it used to take up to 14days before they credit my account but now i get my money in less than 2days. Thanks for the good services

Cant start, wont start. Just installed but I cannot log in at all. It keeps telling me: session timed out, please log in again. Tried many times.
I appreciate the new option to log in with numeric passcode

Total rip off 26,25% fees on Deposit, there is no excuses, yes is written on Terms &Condition. I was charged 3,47€+1,75€+0.03€ fees making a total 5,35€ equal to 26,25% Charges But is total stealing money from customers.
if you still ignoring customers emails they send you I would say that this is not a way to do business, it has been three weeks and I've sent you many emails (around three emails a day) but you have never responded! I don't know what is the problem but I know that I am no longer using this card and I will not use it again, thank you for disrespecting customers. Adam Ali
0.9% to pay money in. 90+ Euro to avtivate. Extortion. So many other cards charge 0%! Absolutely unacceptable. TERRIBLE!!! This is basically a SCAM. Sure they say "we write in our terms and conditions that" we are scamming you hence it is legal, nonetheless a SCAM. N26, Revolut, Monease, Transferwise are all real, this is a scam for people that don't read T&C...
Unfortunately, no digital pay options such Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Make one of them and I'll give you 5 star and on top few new customers.

It's a handy app and I'm using it for years to this day, but I can't give the full 5 stars because since the current update, it does not want to open at all. I tried checking if it needed another update, but nohing newer showed up.
