ViaOpta Simulator
ViaOpta Simulator is a vision simulator app for the Android phones and tablets designed to help health care professionals educate patients about visual impairment due to the following eye diseases:
• Wet age-related macular degeneration
• Dry age-related macular degeneration
• Myopic choroidal neovascularization
• Diabetic retinopathy
• Diabetic macular edema
• Central retinal vein occlusion
• Branch retinal vein occlusion
• Glaucoma
• Cataract
• Vitreomacular traction/macular hole
HCPs can help their patients understand these conditions using live video from the iPad camera and can increase and decrease disease severity using a slider control.

the app is nkt working in full features
This used to work really well but no longer able to open the app.
Simple app, lets you see how people with vision impairments see.
Okay, doesn't have astigmatism or monocular or binocular diplopia.
Its a very useful app, not only for the patients and their care givers but also for the layman to know of the criticalities of eye diseases
Doesn't work on pixel 4a 5G / android 12 unfortunately.

Love this app for educating staff. Would be better if could overlap conditions to show real life situations. Only 4 stars as stopped working today. Please fix asap there is no other app like this
