The app uses Google navigation which directs poorly in certain zones. It makes you take a second job after you complete the first without any acceptance from you as the driver and some journeys could be 10 minutes plus which is not worth driving to. The map needs to be detailed. riders do not understand how the shared drive works. cheap for riders but not so great for drivers even with the 15% commission.
nothing works. after the first job the alert sound disappear and in order to solve it I've been told to come to the office. I can't accept a job if I'm not on the window, if I press on the notification the app window won't pop out as should've supose to do, I can't see on the app if I clarified for a promotion or not and the list goes on. I am partner driver and the app needs updating as the accepting of rides is too involved with pressing this and that and when finishing the same. just make it simple. I was suspended because the car I am not using is reflecting as the active one when there is another active one I went to register. Updating these issues should be done when a driver visits the office to avoid such incidents happening and causing unnecessary inconveniences.
Good app but waze not always available for navigation. Developer should work on having either Google maps or waze as the main navigation because the default via van one doesn't show traffic road closures and even tells you to take left and right turns which aren't allowed or go down one way streets
The worst app for drivers, it is crashing every 5 minutes, the sound doesn't work on background, doesn't have option to pause or take a break, my god...
The application is simply created to offer the job only blue mode drivers. Once the driver decide to work on flex mode the driver application put on sleep and the jobs have hardly been distributed to the driver. The navigation is so inaccurate the viavan hardly cares about the drivers suggestion don't even bother to take any action to improve the driver experience their respond to any inquiries which is made by driver simply so ignorant and the application takes jobs off from drivers.
navigation is rubbish , no destination trips ( wich are very useful at beginning and end of shifts) , keeps loosing connectivity and freezes... needs a lot of improvement
Not an easy app to use specially navigation is rubbish, needs a lot of improvement. I registered with Viavan yesterday and going delete it today did not like it at all. It cannot compete uber
Riders request alert is very low, lot of time you miss rider requests unless you are looking at the phone app, and there should be alert when viavan add next rider . I also use uber app which is much better.
I have uploaded the insurance certification 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to have my account back and this means that I'm not working since 3 days. I like to drive with via van but if this is the service my rate is 1! Back to Uber immediately!
Apps keep freezing or switch off regularly even after updating. Inaccuracies in different part of city.
really disappointing #either you picking up dropping off passengers it's show "pick you slide" #no options to contact support team. (STOP FALSE ADVERTISING) #dont really know who your picking up besides name. no rating system
im rating this as viavan driver, the service for riders is gr8, but the only thing i hate about is their map they wouldnt let us use waze in zone 1 and 2 which can be very difficult, it will been sooner 5 star if it adds that to their new update
This app is horrible. It shows the passenger on the map in a very different place than the actual address
This app got so much problem. ViaVan live support is very rude and they never reply email. only auto reply !!! Driver don't get any help for emergency. Drivers should not Install this app.
via van navigation is too slow. Waze should start when navigating private job or shared. Thus will be great.
Does not play sound when sending new jobs. Hence, leads to loss of earnings. When reported to support, the nice lady honestly admitted never using driver app. Obviously she couldn't help...
not so good, cannot see driving hours nor how long left for driving, driving in blind and sudden message time is up!!!!, no such infirmotion how to reset or waiting time to resart??

This app increase media volume of all your app in the phone, need to be fixed. I have tried it on different phones....
best app, I highly recommend to all driver to try Viavan. I Had very bad experience with BOLT they just refund your money to clients without checking with you. if you protest they just give you some peanuts, back. VIAVAN is great they look after their drivers they have a driver support number, Bolt don't have any. VERY FRIENDLY COMPANY GUYS SO IMPRESS THEIR CAR Pooling system so powerful that I did only 4 job yesterday in London I made £91/- yes it's include surge price too. LOVE YOU VIAVAN
The way the app is built its very professional however if you're thinking to work outside zone 1/2 you won't have alot of work coming in :(
The app needs serious updating. App developers need to allow for drivers to contact passenger from trip acceptance to trip completion. App routing isnt great. Still sends drivers to wrong entry/exits/dead-ends. They need to allow for substitute mapping like google maps/waze. Seems they are less fussed about listening to driver feedbacks on improvements to be made. Therefore they will struggle to motivate experienced drivers to stick on with them in high demand periods!
