Vibe Credit Union

Horrible experience. Not user friendly. Stalls a lot.. also, when paying bills it should deduct amount paid from Account balance. Its tuff for older people. My last bank deducted the Amount paid from my balance. It could be improved. Look at other banks and make a few changes and it could be great. For all the technology that we have, this app could do better. But i love the Credit union and its people. Now they're FANTASTIC!

Depositing checks on this is a huge hassle. The entire time you take the photos an extremely annoying loud voice yells instructions at you that I see no button on screen to mute. It does a poor job even reading the checks as Ive had to retry multiple times PER CHECK and it still reads $0. It doesn't detect your writing on the back either and it sends you to the front image instead of the back to "fix it". I'm in my 20s and it's way easier to use their atm than this app.

The check deposit feature is terrible. Very difficult to get check picture done. I have a check deposit feature with another banking institution and it is very easy to use. This app say, put check closer, put it farther away, out it closer, cannot take picture. Finally get it to take I pic and then it shows front of cec, is this ok!, The does same with back if check. Not user friendly

The app used to be great but the new updates are very bad. The credit card part of the app is never up to date and sends you to a whole direct page. The new layout of transactions is just a big blob and mess. They need to bring back there old app designers. They did another update and it just got worse. Now its never up to date.

Good app navigation. One problem is when you view your processed check, you can't back out and get to your accounts. You have to close out of the app, wait until it forgets or time out of that view, then login to get to other areas of your account.

Depositing a check always seems like a major undertaking. Absolutely no confidence in outcome. This event was finally successful, but usually end up driving the check to a branch. I place the check on a black background and end up doing a manual override to accept picture, as the app wants a darker background.

I was at first pleasantly surprised to find that I could transfer money from my savings account to my loan payoff through the app. Two different bankers there told me I had to call to make the transfer but it turns out one can do it online, which means I can do it anytime of day. So... twice I was able to transfer from savings to loan principal, and then it stopped going through. I had to call to apply money to principal.. very annoying Very pleasant people work at VIBE - great customer service

Since there "technology upgrade" a few years back nothing works correctly on a regular basis. At any point aspects of both app or online banking cease to work and require a visit to a branch to fix for awhile. Useless credit union and app.

I was satisfied with the app because it provided me with the basic banking functions I wanted from a banking app, and I was able to access money manegement. However since the last update, whenever I log in, it logs me out saying that my session "timed out," and when I log back in the app stops working and im prompted to close it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the app multiple times to get it to work again and it does, but this last time I couldnt get it to work at all.

I love this app! It's problem free. You can easily transfer money between accounts, make check deposits from the camera, pay your loans and I know you can set up bill pay but I haven't looked into it and I'm sure so much more!

App is very user-friendly. I am just disappointed that it is hard to get the system to accept a mobile deposit. My lighting was good and the check was on a dark background. About 20 attempts and it would not accept. Member services was not able to help either. I ended up having to mail the check in to Vibe Headquarters since I had already written "for mobile deposit only" on the back of the check. I no longer live by a local branch and was told the shared branch would be not be able to accept.

**App is constantly crashing. Note 10** This has been the easiest and most informative app banking wise that I have used in a long time. If you need to speak with someone the app can call the bank directly which is also helpful. I can't say enough about this app or this Bank besides saying I moved over a thousand miles away from this Credit Union and it's still my bank I haven't moved to a local bank or Credit Union because of how they service their members and this app is indicative of that.

I've been a loyal customer with Vibe Credit Union for years. When I moved to Nashville TN I've been using the app to do everything and I absolutely love it. Fast and easy service! NO hassle recovering your credentials either. Great Customer service when you need it! I love Vibe Credit Union best decision I ever made.

I love it! User friendly and so convenient. Transfer are especially easy! You can transfer to other members too...my children for example. Great app and can be used antime night or day!

I am older, and I am not really tech smart, but I have learned to do a lot on the vibe app. I see comments that the app needs to be updated, that may be true, but I appreciate not needing to leave my house to pay a bill, to deposit a check or transfer money within my account.

Literally couldn't open the app without it crashing. Deleted to try to reinstall and now it won't even let me do that. I wasn't to happy with it from the get go and it's only gotten worse over time.

I am disappointed in this app and Vibe in general, some of my payments take forever to get there so I am paying some by mail or in person. There is no way it should take 8 days to deliver a payment to another bank. I am looking into moving all of my accounts.

Easy interface, quick response, overall a better app than OCCU. Transfers go right through, all your money is in one place instead of other tabs which I like.

Oakland county credit union was definitely a five star from the credit union to the app, but not this app or credit union. App is not correct with its information, probably some sort of scam so vibe can fee you, they definitely don't care about its members, were just walking $ signs. If you're looking for a credit union... I'd keep looking

The app takes a long time to accept deposits. I kept getting error messages as well as having to confirm if pic was clear several times. Needs work.

One of the best and easiest to use banking apps! Love being able to schedule and pay bills and do all regular account transfers deposits and withdrawals with the app.

Check deposit app needs work. Checks today have printing on the back already for mobile deposits so you don't have to write it but it doesn't match verbatim what it's looking for, resulting in checks being "questionable" for validity.

Able to do online banking transactions, but not easily. Wish I could easily skip a one repeating transfer. Wish I could see the amortization (division of payment) on loans.

This is a solid app. They may be a local credit union, but the app does everything the big bank apps can do.

This app is ok when it works. But lately its buggy af. Please fix. Force closes everytime i enter password. I even deleted and reinstalled app. This app honestly gives me constant issues and im not happy about it

Trying to deposit checks through the mobile app is a horrible experience. Transferring money from another banking institution to a credit union should be able to happen with in hours not days... it's 2021 for God sake!

Very slow...have to take pictures multiple times. After that still not sure if it was successful....as later an email is sent stating unsuccessful

Very secure, informative, when I see forget to sign out, the app immediately signs me out. Easy to navigate from one feature to another.

You make it too hard to deposit, than I have to write for vibe cu only? Which now poses a problem if I have to deposit it elsewhere because of the difficulties with the app. THE OLD WAY WAS SO MUCH EASIER N LESS FRUSTRATING..IT TOOK US MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS JUST TO SUBMIT A CHK. UNHAPPY WITH NEW RULES

I share a house with my sister, we both use Vibe and it's so easy to send her the monthly expenses right through the app. I also love that I can make sub accounts to save up for certain things.
