Its the worst mobile banking app i had ever used. I can't even activate my mobile banking id and load the money from my account number. Do you want us to come visit your nearby branches and activate our mobile banking id during the time of pandemic?? If it was possible i would have rated you zero star. It is the first time i am facing this type of problem. Disgusting.
It's very bad I tried many times to login but it can't.only showing connecting even I have very strong wifi . really it's worst
Such a time wasting apps. It takes 1 hrs to log in as well as server time out is most irritating i ever face.
I haven't even activated my bank account, not set login password but this app says my account is already activated and instructs to lagin with my password.
how to even use this? They ask for transaction pin. I have a account but still cant access it. Whats the use of having online app if peoples cant use it properly or use it at all.
Yesterday I updated my Mobile OS into Android 10. From then I m unable to log in. I think software is not compatible with Android 10?

Why can't i activate my password? Every password i tried, it doesn't accept. What type of password does it accept, please let me know?
I can't log in I try so many time but always error can't log in....
I think giving an option to save password also would be better, nonetheless fine app.

There are several disadvantage of being a customer of lbbl bank:- 1. You are not authorized to access internet banking if you stay outside of the host country (Nepal) 2. You are not authorized to use mobile banking if you are outside of the host country(Nepal) 3. I have tried alot to transfer amount to another bank using mobile banking but it fails all the times saying error message though there is option to transfer money to another bank. 4. Your per transaction limit is only Rs. 5000/_, etc.
