I love Vibrant Mobile Banking! I can easily check my account, deposit money, and perform basic banking needs. It seems likely I can do more complicated task but I haven't had a need to try yet. Logo on using just my finger print is also convenient.
Every time they "upgrade" the mobile banking it gets worse!! Every. Single. Time! Been with Vibrant for over 30 years when it was originally Deere Harvester and it was great...THEN. Gary left and Matt ran it into the gutter. Took 3/4 of my business to Ascentra and love it!!
when I went in for service, everyone was very helpful, even when they had difficulty with a check. everyone tried until they were successful on getting the computer system to read the check
Took away PIN feature for android. I refuse to lower the complexity of my password to make it it easier to log in. Uninstalled and will launch desktop website through lastpass. I dont want to use my finger print. Thanks Vibrant credit Union!
Ok at best, it used to have a dashboard that allowed you to see all your transactions, what happened to that feature? I have to log into the full website to get this info. Very inconvenient. Dont need an app if I have to go to the website to view my transactions.
Normally love the app, but as of recently it has been crashing before I can log in and whenever I log in the app goes crazy. It goes up and down like crazy
Usually a great experience but lately there is a problem almost every time I need to look up notices. It says "It seems we've encountered an error", "GO BACK"... please fix this as I need access to the site.
Really great app. Reflects the people who got me the loan in a very short amount of time and then put full coverage on a 20 year old truck these people are the best. The best darn credit Union!
App has been glitching to where its jumping all over the screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still acting up. App is up to date
I love this bank and the online version is great but the mobile app I can't get past the loading screen after I login. I don't know what's wrong with it but it's very frustrating.
Terrible app. The PIN & biometric logins do not work consistently. Multiple issues with bill pay & transfers.
I use it mainly to check on balances and bill pay. I save time, checks, and stamps!
I have been a member since 1973 when it was little old Deere Harvester Credit Union. Even though you guys sound corny now, this has been the best darn credit union in the Quad Cities. Keep up the great work. :)
The app keeps going down since the update. Tried checking my balance this morning and got an "unexpected error" message.
Great app, very convenient & easy to use. I love the fingerprint authentication feature. Definitely recommend downloading.
This app is great cause you don't have to call the credit union to check your account balance until the app messes up the app messed up on me 5 times
Great app no real issues, it does forget my login pin sometimes and I have to re login but I figure this is a safety measure. Otherwise nice app.
It's so easy to transfer money and pull out money. Vibrant is a good bank and I would always suggest vibrant as a bank to go to.
Works smoothly everytime I open it and check my funds/transfer funds/deposit checks. Highly recommend this credit union and the App.
This app crashes more times I'm trying to use it then it works. Always under maintenance. Get it together
Installed the most recent update on my tablet and now the app doesn't work! What did you do to it folks? Very frustrating!
Normally I love this app. However it updated and now I can't log in or see anything in my accounts. Please fix

Does not inform you of purchase through email or text. Oct 16, app does not work at all.
It's ok sometimes, crashes other times. App is very clunky. Mostly I use it to pay my credit card. Sometimes I want to go through my history to see how I've been spending my money. This is a huge pain! I can't choose a time frame and the window gets stuck when I'm trying to scroll up and down. This credit union really needs to step it up!
