Edit: Trying again to use the app, it was my fault that I didn't have my att/directv information, well now I've got that, and I try to sign into the app, and it doesn't respond when I click Directv. I'm trying to watch the shows they won't play on TV anymore, and its not responding when it says 'select your provider.' I just want to watch Abandoned!

Doesn't work. Keeps saying "need network connection to configure app" even though I have internet connection. I've tried it while connected to my home wifi and my phone's internet data. Neither work.

Not sure why this apps rated so low, ive never had a problem with the app I usually stream vice on Hulu but Hulu doesn't carry all the vice shows I logged in with xfinity and it works just fine (commercial free would be nice) everyone giving 1 star maybe upgrade your device and get better internet 🤔. When it goes commercial free I'll bump up to 5☆. Oh and BTW I don't see all the shows on this app either when you have all the viceland shows on the app I'll raise my rating

Viceland has some genuinely great shows that are fun to watch if you can get the app to work. I seem to get the same four unskippable ads playing every few minutes, but I can deal with that. What I can't stand is the video player constantly breaking or endlessly buffering. The only way to fix this is to close and relaunch the app then skip forward to where you left off and rewatch the ads, and even then it doesn't always work. However I would def recommend this app if these problems were fixed.

Too Many Issues, Crashes everytime. Right now I'm sitting here trying to watch Dark side of the ring and it will only play ads and than freezes up as the episode tries to begin. Also, when you do actually get to watch an episode of something, the only way to back out and get to the home page is to force close the app and reopen it. The back button does nothing. Also, not the best idea to force you to keep the description at the bottom, I like full screen mode and this app doesnt offer that.

It would be great if i could actually watch a full episode, but I'm finding that to be impossible since i can't get past ads. In trying to watch one 45 minute episode, I've got caught in a loading loop more times than i can count and have watched about 45 minutes to an hour of ads and i still haven't gotten to finish the episode... This is kind of ridiculous. Using a Google Pixel 3XL

Video freezes after ads play. It's very annoying. I've only watched dark side of the ring and I can't get thru a whole show without the ads freezing after they play. I get why there is ads but if you can't get it right then take out the damn ads. The Roku app is bad too. Just stops playing after awhile. If I gotta hear that skater guy say FIRE any more I'm gonna be the next story on this network.

Awful all the way around. Tried to watch the Dark Side of the Ring series and it just keeps saying "something went wrong - retry" wherever I click on an episode. Uninstalled and downloaded again and again. Authenticated my cable provider. No popup blocker (their go-to response) - still the same result. Just a garbage app (the ratings are accurate).

On Android 10 the app either crashes or does nothing when trying to log in, completely unusable. Edit: Since the update I have been able to login, however it is one of those too-little too-late situations as I've long since watched everything I wanted to on the website itself. Maybe when Hamilton's Pharmacopeia season 3 comes my mind will change. Thanks for the effort...

STILL can't sign in. Just won't let you proceed. Clicking your tv provider does nothing. Still can't sign in on the Vice TV website either. The Sign In button is useless. You really don't want people to stream your shows, do you? Reply: I tried to sign in with dish but it never advanced to another screen. Tried pressing all the providers just to see, tried selecting it from the search list, nothing works.

Unusable. Not able to select cable provider which really makes the app not worth the time.

I really love all the vice shows but this app doesnt work. I have a great phone, full service, the app is updated, I have signed in with my cable account, checked my data settings, restarted the phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled but it tells me I am offline everytime I try to watch an episode, when I'm lucky enough for the show lists to populate. Before i was able to get the episode to play but it gets stuck on your ads. Now I cant even get the app to stream at all. Please fix

Can't sign in so stuck using free passes, videos freeze after the first add forcing me to reload the app and start the video at the beginning. When It can load the adds the video cuts out saying sorry but you lost your connection and have to reload and start the video again as of today it will be deleted off my phone and will recommend using a computer not a smart phone.

This app does not work, for several different reasons on any device, iOS or android. I love vice and wish I could watch it. I find it surprising that you take the time to comment back to everyone who leaves negative reviews, but do nothing to fix the problem. Seems like it works for no one. You have a dedicated fan base. Maybe start from scratch and make an app that works before you loose it?

It's a great app with one flaw on many android devices: on all of my android devices, it will display the loading circle although the video is playing perfectly in the background. Viceland has some awesome shows, most notably dark side of the ring. It may just be a minor flaw, but its noticeable nonetheless...

Love the shows on here and the app itself. Rarely get ads, shows only restart from the beginning when I've stopped watching for a while, all good stuff. My only gripe is that sometimes when I'm watching a show and it autoplays the next episode it'll skip to the next season.

It works. But Chromecast isn't supported which is a non-starter for me (22 min+ episodes are economically easier to watch on a TV than a smartphone). Also, I can't immediately figure out how to sign in with my cable provider.

Constantly freezes on the ads and makes it to where you cant watch anything. It doesnt matter what you try it will make you watch the same as over and over and freeze at the end every single time so you just have to keep repeating the process over and over and never get to watch any of what you want.

It does not recognize my cable provider even though they list them. I was able to watch the whole season of Dark Side Of The Ring last year through there website. Now it's even messing up. I just hope I will be able to watch this season when it starts soon!

The app doesn'topen at all. It starts to initialize and then abruptly closes with the following message: "Vice has unexpectedly stopped."; After which, I received only 2 choices to either wait or reboot/quit the app. Very frustrating.....

This app is a joke. I tried their recommendation to disable my ad blocker (Blokada 4), still doesn't work. I don't think it should be a surprise to anyone that when I download an app on my phone I expect it to work. This app falls short of that very basic standard.

It worked great as of last night and today.. now when choosing a title to watch it never loads doesn't work on wifi or cellular data. Did all the troubleshooting and it still won't load anything.

Can't make it through ads (like it will literally play the ad and won't re-load the show after the commercial). Fix this app, I'm really bummed it's broken now, and will be uninstalling if it's not resolved.

OMG. When a TV APP cannot support Chromecast--which isn't the only but IS the FOREMOST casting setup--then you KNOW it is absolute garbage. VICE is trash. It used to be cutting edge with so much potential...
