Functional, does all the important things I need it to do. I don't like the layout as much as the old one, but it's still fine to use. I have to swipe on a very small, specific part of my screen on the app's home screen to get to quick balance and savings goal, but at least it works now (quick balance never worked for me on old app). I really miss the savings goal picture I had on the old app, it was a great visual incentive, bring it back please!!

Thanks for fixing the "appears to be an error" issue with the latest update. However, now, no transfers of funds can be achieved within the app. "pay" button does not work. If you are able to set up a transfer, it hangs once you hit transfer and returns you to the transfer page, then the transfer page gets stuck and only lets you return to home.

I absolutely regret updating this app. Can no longer see my progress toward my savings goal, and balances are displayed in pounds not dollars which is just plain weird. No amount of setting up things on the home screen actually works, I am prompted to set them up every time I log in. Considering how long these issues have been commented upon by other users, the fact that they have not been rectified yet is incredibly poor. I'd rather go back to the previous version!

Way too many clicks. Old app much better. No point improving just for for the sake of it. Been using for a few weeks now and very sad to see that there are no further updates to try and fix the excess clicks. Belive it or not, I tend to make all my payments at one time! its very annoying that after making one payment you're thrown back to the main menu! I then have to repeat the whole set of clicks again. Most frustrating. Thankfully I only updated the tablet. Now use the old app on phone.

It's been over a month since the last update with major issues and still no fix.... I can understand that some things take time, but surely changing to £ back to $ is an easy one. Would also be good to have the account types listed like on the balance screen (eg. Classic account) when you are doing a funds transfer so you don't have to remember which account number belongs to which.

It's been over 3 months, and I still miss the old app. Have set up quick balance and a savings goal multiple times, yet it still tries to take me on a tour of the new app. I also really liked the visual savings goal (with your own pic) on the previous app. Bring that back, please!

I really don't like the new app. It is too spaced out; the options are in the tiniest font I always need my glasses on; My pay ids did not transfer across to the new app. It displays GBP £ instead of AUD $ signs in some places. Apart from the new functionality, the app just looks washed out. What is it with so much space? Good luck if you have a tiny phone. I am a regular daily user and I'm not happy.

Not impressed with this 'new app'. I miss being able to reorder my accounts. I also continually have the select quick balance account, app tour and set savings goal on the front page and no matter how many times I go through them nothing seems to stay. I do like the ability to sort between debits and credits though!

Previous version of this App was great. Cannot load this version on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I suspect the new App does not support my older Android operating system version, but I could not see easily which Android versions were supported. I know my phone is old, but I do get frustrated by the lack of backward compatibility.

Uncluttered app interface, mostly easy to navigate menu options, provides basic banking/account options and limited customising. Acceptable overall, however, serious reliability issues still occur too often: - app often crashes on launch - unresponsive interface after log-in - Device Care repeatedly flags issues - bug fixes not addressed often enough

Poor update. Home screen remains as a start up type page even after setting up accounts and taking the tour. More taps to get where you want than before. Some functions simply not working, like transferring between accounts in the one name. Woeful, let me get the old app back

Absolutely terrible. For months I have tried to update, but the old (and outdated) version is the only one available to download. I have noticed many customers complaining about this problem, and yet nothing ever seems to be rectified. I think Bank First needs to employ a decent software developer.

This app used to be simple and easy to use, now the layout makes it really hard to distinguish things, but worst is the security code is now 1/5 of the screen instead of the full screen so it's hard to get right, meaning you get locked out of your account. Apparently you can reset the password on the website, but it just told me that my request couldn't be processed. So much for easy access to my funds.

It automatically updated to an unusable version. Locked me out saying my pattern was wrong (I've had the same pattern for 3 years, the same one opens my phone). It said go to forgot password/ pattern option that doesn't exist. I had urgent banking to do but have to wait until the office opens to do anything. Also can't transfer between accounts. Way too broken to have rolled out.

Longtime customer probably over 20 years. I have used app for years on my phone without issue. Although trying to use today no longer works. Very disappointed latest version of app no longer works on my phones Samsung Galaxy S5's. Apparently only people with new tech can access app as older phones cut off and no longer deemed important. I will be calling on phone instead so I will be keeping people in the job. Thank God for that. Probably shouldn't have waited for tech discrimination to do so.

Understanding the lay out of the app a lot more now. I have found I have to put in my access code twice. The first time despite being correct, I am informed that it is incorrect upon entering the same pin a second time I am allowed access to my accounts

Cannot do a normal transfer between accounts. Pressed continue and it went back to transfer screen. Left me in the lurch on the weekend. Rei stalled it next day. Kind of works now but freezes constantly. Also not as user friendly as the previous one.

Downloaded app (no option). Don't know where it is in my phone. When I did see it I could not read the miniscule print. Very inconvenient. Used the old app daily. Have no idea how to recover what I downloaded.

I like the new app, however I have found an issue. When you logout after viewing your accounts, it returns you to your account overview, meaning that your account balance is viewable, even though you've logged out. If you try and do anything, you need to login again, so it has logged you out, it just displays your overview.

App works as expected, no issues. Would be nice to be able to see yearly interest to date per account. Would also be great to give the app a bit of a facelift, feels a bit lifeless; needs a UX/UI app designer to improve the app.

Bring back the old app!! You can't see full account headings, it constantly freezes (pushing menu buttons and nothing happens). Lacking in features that other bank Apps have. Please improve or I am changing banks!!!

Frustrating. Have to keep seeing startup pages and hate that. Old version was way better. Also Pay option is not workong at all! Why release an alpha version to public. This clearly needs more work. Disappointed as ive been very with previous versions of the VTCU and BF apps.

Usually a great app but new update is glitchy. Trying to transfer funds between accounts and I get up to the confirm payment bit but nothing happens. Have to end up doing it on computer.

New app update is terrible, more time to do less things. App before was simple. Wish i hadn't upgraded as now I can't transfer between my accounts as there appears to be a payment glitch. I need this sorted.

This app used to be so easy to use and never glitched. Now it takes forever to open, and it takes ages to do things that I used to be able to do in a click or two. I'm genuinely considering switching banks over it.

App doesn't work, it tells me to update the app so i uninstall the app and then reinstall it because i can't just click update in the app store for some reason. Then it just says i need to install the new app, which i physically have no way of doing. The app is broken. BANK FIRST needs to rectify this issue, why is it taking so long.

Error message says download new version. I DL new version, error message says dl new version and so on and so on. I'm changing banks they're just too bad at this kind of thing, it's been an ongoing issue for years.

App does not work more often than not. "There appears to be an issue" pretty much everytime I open it, I then have to force close the app and restart and hope that it works. Please, please fix.

Poor update. A number of bugs, touches not getting logged, functionality buried. Quick view balance doesn't show anywhere, etc. As a small bank surely it's easier to rebranding a while label app!?

Didn't update, deleted old app and installed new one, didn't work. I'm on android 6.0.1. Bank to using the computer. Busy time of year for the bank to put out a faulty app. Discussion point for the AGM agenda. Who authorised the release without it being properly tested. No point uploading, this version doesn't work.
