The app is overall pretty easy to navigate and filter searches by your desired size. However, glitches can occur and can interrupt purchases. Inventory stock is sometimes not available, and you won't find that out until you purchase the item. I have had this happen multiple times and it's incredibly frustrating when you're purchasing the only item in your size and you receive an "out of stock" email 3 days afrer the original transaction. I hope that improves.

Frustrating app sometimes. Seems like everytime they have a sale going on it is almost impossible to check out on the app. It asks me to sign in, but then acts like my password is wrong. If I go to the online website it let's me sign in no problem. I have cleared data and cache and still have this issue. I don't want to change my password everytime I try to check out.

this app is real bad to use, doesn't separate into pages for easy loading so it has to reload everything constantly making it really slow shopping. also kept adding things back into my cart after having been deleted. sometimes items I added to my cart randomly disappeared. Response to developer My phone is completely up to date and so is the app, this app has always had these issues and they haven't been fixed in the years I have had this app installed. These problems are why I don't use it

Avid user of VS, but I don't typically use the app. Decided it was easier to look at their stuff through it, until everytime I leave the app to swap to my texts, and come right back, it completely clears what I was looking at or the screen is completely white. Literally have to go back to the very beginning everytime. Uninstalling and will just use my web browser instead.

The app is great but Victoria's Secret will only let you schedule your payment one month ahead of time. They do NOT have an option to just take the amount due every month out automatically. You have to go in manually and do this each month for the following month. They do this so that you will have to pay finance charges and late fees if you forget to schedule a payment. I'm NEVER using my card again. I know I'm only one person but they just lost an extremely loyal customer.

I was so in love with this app until I would have to keep changing my password even though I remembered it. It would keep saying that it was the wrong one and lock me out so I would have to change it over and over. I changed it at least 4 or 5 times this would be the 6th time 😮‍💨,I finally had to Uninstall the app and reinstall. So let's see if this works now, ugh 😒

Finger Authentication does not work. It is frustrating. What is the point of it popping up if I can't even use it? I have to log in manually every single time. Also, the app is horrible now. It's slow no matter if I'm on wifi or using my data. I don't have these problems with any other app.

I absolutely love VS, However the app needs worked on!!! I had to enter my VS credit card, so yes I'm also a VS CC holder/member. with this said, I'd think I'd get a little bit better care. I had to add my card twice, because it wasn't taking it. and yes, I put the correct number!!! Meanwhile, while doing this. I lost one of my items I already had in my cart, as it was selling fast (last one) so I'm extremely mad that I lost this, due to the app and ita ability of not working the way it should!

I'm giving this app a lower rating now that I've used it for a while because it's super frustrating that you can only use two offer codes at a time. I get a lot of rewards and I like to make the most of them but can't do that shopping online/in the app. That means that if I want to use all my rewards on a purchase, I have to go to the store and many times they don't have what I'm looking for. App is good for looking at stuff but limited in it's usefulness otherwise.

Fingerprint sign in works only sometimes. I have to keep changing psswrd. If I chnage psswrd online, the app doesn't recognize it. Then the app doesn't recognize my email when I try to reset psswrd. Giftcard information saved on app doesn't register online and the app thinks I'm in another country even though I'm in the US, so my orders never qualify for gift wrap. The app doesn't recognize my VS card as a saved pymnt method even though I've saved it several times and account linked. Madness!

love the brand, but the app needs work. when I went to checkout, the items I chose were not in the cart. after multiple attempts, I saw the items in my cart. when I went to checkout there where things I didn't want. I attempted to remove them from my cart and had a difficult time with that. almost paid for something I didn't want.

App is glitchy as hell. Won't let me use current offer codes and majority of the time I have to manually add coupons etc and by the time I get to "checkout" it's lost all the codes and I have to input them again. Super frustrating and anoying app that needs alot of work!

I used to love this app but I haven't made a purchase in quite some time because every time I go to check out, it says "error loading, tap to try again" and NOTHING works. By the time it works, half the stuff in my cart is no longer available so I remove everything and avoid the app unless I'm making a payment on my account.

consistently freezes, if you try to go back, won't take you to the previous page, it takes you to the home screen. I've noticed VS website is very "clunky" like this too. So annoying

Every time I put in a coupon code, it NEVER WORKS!!!! The coupon hasn't been used. This is every single time I get a coupon, and I attempt to apply it in the offers code bar. I ALWAYS have to get Customer Service to apply the coupon for me, because regardless if I type it in right, it NEVER WORKS, OR APPLIES!

This app is the slowest thing I've come across in a long time. I still used it, regretfully, but my disappointment in the speed and functionality of this app stands. Use your computer if you are shopping any online exclusives because this is Wack.

The app can be easy to navigate when it's working properly. Today, is not a working day. I will go to the Offers tab & select one of the offers. It will take me to the page. Then I will select something & it will take me to the Shop page. This has happened several times. I have tried to login in & I do not know how many times I will get this message, "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again soon." The message has been coming up for the past 3 hours. I have lost out on two items.😡

I wish you could implement a Bar code scanner to the app , it be so much easier to handle gift cards and reward cards rather typing those long numbers ,and when u make a mistake you have to re enter ,please view the option ,thank you!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The app continues to freeze. Seems to be a continuous issue for three months. I have however been saving money by being unable to shop.

Super glitchy. The app will often lose your place and have you start over when scrolling through things, freeze, and even close out. It makes it super hard to buy stuff.

Terrible App! I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app a dozen times. It takes forever to load when shop and ALWAYS becomes non responsive. It is painful to shop with. Save time and headaches and shop on line. You will be done in 1/4 of the time it takes to shop this app. Needs to be redesigned.

At this point I'm convinced VS just doesn't want you to shop on their website. I downloaded this because using the browser was incredibly slow and it kept crashing, but then the app was even slower to load and crashed even more. Embarrassing.

Somewhat difficult to navigate because they push the newest items. I like that the offers can be easily found and added. I wish they would show each type of bra on models of different sizes so you have a better idea of what it will look like on you.

The Victoria's Secret app is very buggy, even after several updates. 1. If I leave the app to look at another page, I lose my search & have to start all over again. 2. The so obsessed bra shows as 1 cup on the search page, but as 1-1/2 cup when selected. 3. I've had issues being able to pay with my vs card within the app. 4. Biometric doesn't "always" work it accepts the biometric but still make me type in my password. 2 Stars bc it's still useful. Fix🪲please.

I really don't know how this app has 4.7 stars. I've been dealing with the same issues on this app for years on different divices in hopes that they update and they never have. For starters, when adding cupon codes there has to be an easier option such as camera scanning the coupon through the app or making the codes shorter because they are really long, also most of the time the codes do not work with no explanation. The app is overall glitchy, really slow and frustrating to use.
