I have been trying to sign up on this app for over a week, just spins and spins then nothing. Not good enough in this day and age, now when I get to NV, I won't be able to book a restaurant in advance, in Spring Break, when the resort is at full capacity. when you have kids that are hungry and have been travelling all day, its good to have a reservation.
The app worked while we were at the resort last year which was really helpful. We are planning another trip and can only access the map. The restaurants won't load. I have reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.
Love love love the venue... But the app is lacking. Particularly with navigation. Buying from stores and making reservations totally inconsistent. We were frustrated with app. I'll give revaluation next year when we return again.
The app is little more than a way to receive more ads from the resort. The map is absolutely horrendous and navigating on site is a nightmare. Our favorite restaurant closed for the rest of the week and the app did not show it correctly
Downloaded it today and went around and around in circles. I didn't get any of the information I was looking for. I don't need any more apps on my phone and if this isn't going to serve me I will probably deleted after a few more tries. Update ... after a few more tries I got it to work. I vacationed at vidanta and got all the updates I needed. The only problem now is that the app keeps shutting down.
Constantly tells me I'm offline when I'm not, map shows no features (restaurants etc) and the restaurant page won't load. Uninstall/Reinstall and it behaves once, next time I open it is same problems.
Terribly unstable app. Constant crashes. Unable to stay open so you can get any resort information or directions. Notifications for specials never happens.
Difficult to sign up. Finally had answer from support and this fixed the issue on android phones. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, and to fix manually this issue we recommend to do the following steps: 1. Open your phone settings. 2. Select the applications section. 3. Choose the App Vidanta Resorts. 4. In the App Vidanta Resorts Setting: a) Permissions: Enable notification and storage permissions. b) Data usage: Enable background data, wifi, mobile dat
App performs horribly...can't get signed in just clocks, and everytime I try and access anything it just clocks. Defeats the purpose of even having an app if it never works at the resorts!
App not working on Android. Works fine o. Apple, but glitchy on Samsung. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still broken. App closes constantly. Useless!
Since installed last Dec in Nuevo cannot use it. Did work in Nuevo. Now can't sign on or create new account, it just spins. Have uninstalled and installed several times. Very frustrating as I want to use this.
Very poor, will not except my login and constantly times out due to slow responses. You can build a worthless app to promote and hype the resorts but how many years have we been promised a new reservations and customer service site/app.
App is horrible. Won't recognize my password, won't send me a link to update it, won't let me create a new account, won't update the app in Google Play. Worthless and frustrating.
App is not working. Just sits there with the circle spinning. I can't log in and I'm currently at the Nuevo Vallarta Resort and would really like to use it.
App is difficult to negotiate. Trying to find a restaurant menu requires multiple steps and lacks information on prices - reservations, shuttles to take...
The sign in process doesn't work. I've tried multiple times and the app just spins, never letting me sign in.
Never works. Wont let you create an account....just constant waiting icons. Cant use what little it let's you unless on wifi....horrible app....
Talked to other guests and working with I phones but not Android. Just says loading forever. Testing of this app is atrocious and they should be fired.
Beautiful resort. App used to get restaurant times, seemed accurate. No issues!

I have an account, but the app says I will get an email to reset my password which doesn't work.
App would be better if you could make restaurant/spa reservations and order room service.
There hotels have terrible service it takes hours just to get around there resorts
App crashes regularly on launch. Once it does stay open, map will not display selected filter. List of events/calendar works well if the app stays open. Disappointing that the resort does not offer paper copies of maps and the only option is this poor app.
