Through this application, the customers can resolve most of their day-to-day banking queries, seek product related information or information related to product offers, etc.
Pre-requisite for using this Application:
Device with Android or iOS platform with front camera
Android version 4.x.x and above or iOS version 6 and above
Internet (3G and above) / Wi-Fi Connection
Applicable for Voice Over Internet Protocol(VOIP) enabled locations/countries only
Successful debit card and PIN authentication

All transactions executed through the video banking application / call center would be termed as valid when done in adherence and in compliance with ICICI Bank’s terms and conditions for such transactions. Authentication of customers is purely on Debit Card & PIN and does not include authenticating of customer by face on video.

Worst app ever used. Speed test shows incorrect results as other Speed test including TRAIs app shows good Speed but this app shows connection is weak what a develpment effort.
Application downloaded but does not allow to login. I have entered both account number and PIN but app keeps on validating and no login happen for 25 min. What kind of support is this from ICICI bank.
Your video banking customer care having too much fat by you giving them salary. Now is the time to send them off and hire new guys. Your people don't answer my call at all. I guess they just chat each other ignoring customer calls. This is my time calling they answered and disconnected and after that no more answering my call.
Suspicious app. Seeks debit card number and PIN. ICICI bank won't do this at any cost, does it
Stupid app. Stuck on 'please wait' on first login. I guess they've abandoned this app and not bothered to remove it. Who cares about customers anyway.
baad design and not use for anything better to use call simple and good
It ask for card no and pin for login. It should be registered mobile no and otp.

I wish could have given zero or negative rating, an app which will kill your time...will never open ...giving excuse of bad connection. ICICI should immediately take out this app from service.
The video verification option does not work. It is saying that my credentials are incorrect, however they are not, as I have received a confirmation sms from the bank with application id. Did not expect such poor service from icici

The app can not be authenticated on Note 5. Disappointing support from call centrr. Only solution offered is to reonstall app everytime and it does not work.
Funny app. Entered credentials and logged in. It confirmed my internet strength to be strong but surprisingly logged me out..!! Tried again and it said my credentials were wrong. Horrible. Customers are troubled rather than cared..!!
I have 20Mbps fiberoptic Internet connection and the appbis saying i have a weak connection. Not able to use the service.
Very Pathetic App. Tried multiple times connecting. Everytime it keeps Calling but after a while stops and asks to reconnect or exit.

You bank people advertise not to give debit card and pin details, then how can you ask for these for login, we already registered our mail ID and mobile numbers, instead of asking for debit card and pin, you might of ask for mail id etc., for login.
I have LTE on my phone but it still shows weak connection. All other video conferencing apps work absolutely fine. It is only your network at the call centre that is extremely bad.
Makes sense but I would still like to root my device and be able to use the app.

I am using 4G network though it is disconnected with every 3 min of taking login with debit card with pin it's very boring instead thy replace with only pin like I mobile not expecting ICICI quality app
Each time requires to enter debit card, should have finger print login lile Imobile. No one picks the call. Apo logs you out very frequently. This is not a thought thru app. Looks like a school project done by a kid.
