Worst app for a decent bank. This app will help the bank lose it's customers. When the network speed test of the app itself shows excellent to connect a call, still you will not be able to login with your mobile number as you'll receive an error message stating no network connection- Awkward & waste of time!
What a waste of time! I wish there was an option of negative star marking for this app. Trying to connect through this application, but no response. When finally I got connected today, your representatives just can't hear. I have fibre connection with speed of 200mbps, it's problem with your end. Either improve it or just stop this pathetic video branch service.
This is the most faulty app i have ever used. Even if you are on video call with representative they cant hear my audio. I checked properly multiple times over muliple calls my audio settings were fine. I even cross checked by installing this app in another phone, issue remains same. I wasted 1 hour of mine using this app. Wait the worst part is here, this application makes my phone restart and made my phone unstable. So after i uninstalled this app, now it behaves better and doesnt restart.
Probably the worst App because it always says checking Internet speed even if a stable high speed connectivity for live video call. At the same time I place an HD video call but if I try to use this feature for a banking need then it gives pathetic service. Useless. Either romove or fix it.
Third class application.. so many issues with this application.. I cannot use headphones or bluetooth headset while using this application. even if my volume is up and phone is on silent mode, I cannot hear voice from Executive. I need to retry many many time to connect any executive.. also schedule call option never works. I have scheduled call back many times but never received any call from bank. this is such a third class application maintaining by IndusInd Bank. Negative review from my side
Application before launching must be tested on all available platforms and bugs too. System is unable to launch application. Please fix the bugs. Wasted time and data both. Neither able to reach on helpline numbers nor on application. It's really Pathetic.
Buggy app. Installed it today. Example- There is no place to give otp manually while the page reads enter otp. After clicking send otp again, it reads otp. Tried it once again. Same issue. 1st time it won't read. Clicking send otp again will work. Hence its like perform same again again and again. Once it might work. Had it been IOS, your app would be blacklisted given this forcefully give read sms permission or app won't open. Most of the review i read tells the same story.
I have tried to contact you though this app at least 10 times and every time i time i got connected after a long long wait the operater could not hear me at all and he /she told me to adjust the voice control through setting and i tried to do the same in vain.I have given one star because without which i can not write a review however that is not wothteven a single star. It is rubbish app. Will try to connect tomorrow
this application not working in Android phone. please check and update soon I tried 7-8 times video call but not able to connect. yes...my mobile video calls working fine with Skype, WhatsApp and all. but only this application not working.
My net speed is 70-80 mbps.Problem is at your side Heavy waiting from your side.i have cleared cache and updated my app.But very poorly maintained app for more than 2 hours I tried but it continusly shows agents are busy.You are accepting your mistakes and faults. Still yrying for video branch app from other mobile using fresh application but still it just showing busy busy.
Worst ever.. cannot solve a simple issue even. Better change the bank everyone, it's the worst ever bank you will find in whole world. Always disappointing their customers. For my own FD, I cannot close it in emergency by all of their access. Even through video banking, they messaged that it will take 5 working days to solve it. My own account money, I cannot use it in emergency. Cheap service. Change your system or close your worthless bank.
Hated the experience like literally. After connecting three times, Application is not supporting the audio there are no settings to check the audio. Worst experience.
Third class app, can only connect after 100 attempts and after that cant get proper solution... Don't download this third class app... And don't upgraded your debit card you will never get that valuable voucher once you paid that upgradation payment...you have to bag your own money after upgrading your debit card... I am trying to get my voucher from last 30 days but still i didnt get it...
Trying to connect to video branch banking for last 3 months. But succeded not even once. Always have to wait for long . Don't have time for wasting on this app. Better visit branch and close my account. Indusind bank even after charging so high for debit cards not yet able to redeem "reward points". Public sector banks provide better service at much lower costs better move to them.
There is no way to rate zero star/no star i never get connected to anyone please hire more people for this app so that people won't get frustrated with this bank make it the best bank this bank give visa card on zero balance account and gives you minimum interest well interest doesn't matter this is very good bank just need some upgrades and improvements to make the best bank
Actually, today I can't stop myself to write my experience with Indusind Video App, because it saved my time and money which is required to visit branch, It is really awesome. Video call setup within a minute with the executive, no waiting and really awesome experience. I have only visited once in branch for change of branch till now in last 4 years of period, No need to wait in branch also. However ICICI people are very bad in terms of behaviour and service.
Worst- Very Poor service. Nobody connects ..have to wait for infinite time to connect to their executive. They all have gone on long Holidays. It would be great to interact with Chat Bot atleast it says hi & do not have to wait for such long.
It's useless app . I try daily from last one week for 1 or 2 hour still not able to connect. All the time juss waiting in queue. Want to change communication address because want to apply for new Debit card. Because my daughter is very small, I cnt visit to branch. But this app is hilarious
Worst app made by indusind bank. Why do you make such apps if it is not at all going to be helpful. I tried to connect and waited for so long many times but it never connect with the opposite side. Hopless...!!!
It is useless, if the video branch application ever calls, you have to wait for one hour, even after that, no pick up the call. Unable to close the application, it is good.
One of the third grade app. It doesn't open whenever you want it. And if it by some chance opens there are no relationship managers, are available. I think I made a mistake by selecting this bank for my account. Worthless.
I opened the app so that I can speak to some agent and will save on my time to visit branch. I was in the queue for 1 hours, then I started getting ready to visit branch which took one hour approx, then I visited branch and got my things done and came back home, I was still not connected, I still did not disconnect to understand the wait time but still it was not connected finally I disconnect after 3 hours. Is this app for helping customers or checking their patience level..
This App doesn't even deserve 1 Star. But no other option. Have been trying since last 5 days since morning to evening. But every time same recorded message - "All Our Executives are currently Busy". Busy with their household stuffs may be. Idiots. Worst Bank's Worst App.
Very very poor experience for both apps and website. You need to make features functional before releasing them.
Worst service, if you are unable to provide such service why introduced it, I used waited on calls more than 50 minutes, I'm trying to connect last one week, no responded. It's better to have accounts in other bank
Iam not able to use this app. I sent mails also but no response for more than 10days. I need resolution soon. If my credit card reach wrong hands and it is misused then sole responsibility is Indusind. I want to talk to customer support that is my priority not working of your app. I want to know where is my credit card delivered
It's really very bad service, I had never seen that kind of bank service. I don't know why IndusInd blocked my account. When I called to unblock my account they didn't help me, infact they didn't response my calls properly. Now what should I do? Calls never get connected,
I am also a frustrated customer of IndusInd bank. Last month I have applied for a Credit card and get sanctioned accordingly. But, bank mentioned some different address in the welcome kit and the card returned back to it's original address. So, from last 2 weeks I am trying to retrieve my card but unable to so due worst service provided by the bank. And the interesting thing is bank is also done with their JOB by levied joing fee and other GST charges to a undelivered card.
You will never connect to an agent. It always shows 'connecting' even after waiting for more than 15 minutes. Tried at different times of the day on different dates but it just never works. Whats the use of continuing a service when you cant provide it properly? And I am not the only one saying this. See your rating on playstore its 2.7. soon it will become less than 2 if you dont act fast. You know the problems but you wont solve or you dont have the resources to do it. Just discontinue
