this is a rubbish app I can't get notifications at all even after trying everything also the camera seems to be freezing had to delete it may try again to see if it has improved.
I can only view the camera on home wifi not on mobile data, however when the door bell is pressed it contacts my phone on mobile data. To view the video I need to use the xsh cam app. notifications don't work on xsh app. 2 apps required for one camera. only found other app due to Matt Purssey review
horrible my 5.0 megahertz router which isn't that fast is not compatible with the video doorbell and I'm not downgrading to 2.4 megahertz to have a working one. upgrade your software guys
Picture quality is pretty good considering the doorbell I got is a cheap one connects to internet perfectly fine the only issues I'm having is that I'm not receiving notifications when the door bell is rung or when I got people close to my door
It will not call phone or notify when bell is rang. All notifications are allowed for ap and on. Very frustrating
This has never worked right since I set it up BT said that my walls are to thick but I think it is there broadband that has never work since I have had it won't work in my conservatory on my smart tv
Useless. You can't see missed rings on the timeliness if you don't catch them in real time.
video doorbell. Would love to know how to get notifications. Its on in settings but doesn't send me notifications.
Great App but took too long to set up 2nd it will not send notifications when you ring the doorbell or sensor notifications 🤔 will this be fix soon?
It simply stops running after 3 clicks Tried it on older and newer Samsung devices it's a cheap imitation of the XSH doorbell cam app.
App keeps stopping,worst app ever,how come you want us to download it to view our doorbell but it keeps stopping
Good app for door bell but notification not working on Galaxy S20 does work on Galaxy S8 phone need update to fix on S20
Work's fine with wyfi but on data connection when I need it most,it will not connect.Rubbish.

Was never able to figure it out I just gave up for now I will try to figure it out at a later date it would be nice to have more support
I can turn on camera but the chime won't notify me no matter how I set it.
It's not always there and doesn't open always I want to.
Just keeps saying its stoped working every time I try too switch on

This app freezes every time I try to view live. It never let's me connect so I can talk to or view the person standing in front of it. I have to wait until the person leaves and the video loads before I can even know who it was. This is a waste of money! I bought this so I can talk to the delivery people and tell them where I need my packages left. I now have to leave one of my old phones outside and use the FREE APP called Alfred so I can talk to them. ALFRED does way more than ring and is free!
