Doesn't reconnect automatically after connecting to wifi. Keeps on disconnecting even router is just 7ft away. Have to manually open the app to connect again. I have elderly people in house, it becomes tough for them to operate. Never expected that from panasonic. Not even updated app. I should have seen the app rating before purchasing the product.
Unfortunately, Panasonic is not updating this app. It only allows 4 phones to register with the main device. The app will disconnect from the main device every time the WiFi connection is broken or changed, like going outside the house or connecting via a range extender with a different SSID. It is pathetic. I should have bought much cheaper Korean brands that work better, allow unlimited number of phones to connect, and have much higher camera resolution.
Pathetic user interface. The app runs slow no matter how powerful your device is. Half the time it fails to open the lock via mobile even if the wifi strength is excellent. Even after the granting it background running permission it fails to show half the bell notifications. Panasonic should optimize this app better and create a better user interface which is easy to understand and customise. Currently the interface is not very understandable and interactive.
I'm using the Panasonic video door phone and lock with this app for the last 7 months. Ever since, the app has proved to be inconsistent. It will function at will and refuse very often to function, and continues to misbehave till date. The parent company has to do something about it. The software doesn't seem to undergo any updating at all. It remains without an update from October 2018. I strongly advise the company to attend to this issue immediately and to keep up with the OS updates.
Finally received an update after ages.. Please work on response time fix. Pros: - Okay with 4 user limit - Email notification is awesome Cons: - Unable to operate it from a network other than home. - Slow response time - UX improvements needed - Still facing connection issue - Multiple users should be able to connect at once
Thanks for the update. Would be nice if the same can be done for iOS devices as well. I hope to see more feature updates for smooth functionality and connectivity issues.
Very bad product. Very bad app. Never buy it... This app is not running on the background for more than 5 mints. Latest android phones like vivo v11 pro, stops any app running on the background to save battery. Usually the latest app developer takes care to over come this. And these sort of app should be service app not simple app. Bad on panasonic. Panasonic should update this app soon.
It's sometimes crashes. Also, it would be great to have access over WAN.
Very poorly done application..hangs most of the time..for the money spent on door phone the app should be of high quality..even a free app would be better than this paid door phone
This app needs an update. While it works, it does have issues. Don't understand why Panasonic has abandoned the app while the devices are still being sold.
3rd class app. In fact no class atall. Panasonic must rectify it immediate. Every minute the app gets hang & we have to either restart our phone or wifi or have to force stop it. Was just not expected from such a big company.
Panasonic big company provides bad App.. - Some technical issues like ( stuck suddenly) -No updates since years. - and very bad interface
the app is requesting access to everything!!! why!! the interface need major improvment and it should be update to allow unlocking the door remotely thrugh internet
When not on same WiFi network phone doesn't connect to door phone. It should get connected even on mobile data by disabling unlock.
The application is very buggy on Android; it keeps disconnecting. The purpose isn't served.

App is not working on Android 10....very disappointing that the company's last update is 2018.....need urgent attention to this issue.

The design is too old and the app stoped many time. It worth less than 1 star.
App quality very bad, can stay connected in background and no even a widget to make control easier, Shame on you panasonic to treat your customers like this after they buy your product trusting you.

Does this app works if u have security system which is being sold in the market kind make a stable app for device. And ensure update accordingly for new os system. Worst app so far -5 rating out of 100ðŸ˜

Very slow by the time the door bell rings and when you see it on phone
New app update fixed a lot of issues, mainly connection drops, Android 10 support and less buggy all around. This finally feels a more modern, and have encountered no issues from the app after the new updates. If the connection gets broken between my router, then it automatically connects back, without me restarting it. Only 4 devices can connect because the intercom itself is limited to it. It finally deserves 5 stars.
