It is a favorite video player [of mine] and second best to Samsungs video player (which isnt available on Huawei devices) I recommend this app to anyone. It allows subtitles, duel-audio video, buffering, and more. The app also has music playing though I found the music player to not be great at categorizing and making a self-playlist of audio albums or artists.
Very good app and open sourced. Thank you. Just one feature is very much needed: changing playback quickly, easily through gesture. I watch lots of videos and cant afford to watch at normal speed and so for me changing speeds is very frequent even within a single video. It was easy in mxplayer by two finger vertical swipe but vlc doesnt support that. Only this facility has kept me from switching to vlc. Hope? And desktop app is great with even customisable hotkeys for changing speed, thanks.
Ever since the initial XVideo Player app was released to use, Ive been impressed with the development keeping it simple to use, and upgrading with wise appropriate changes to improve it more each time. From the experience I obtained while working with similar pc downloaded versions in the media industry, I can say that this the best video player.

Its a very convenient media player, with all the features needed to comfortably play videos. Its one of the first apps I get on every phone, and most of the time I never even open the default video player.
With latest Android update on Note 9, the app no longer appeared on Open with list. Previously it was my default video app. IMPORTANT UPDATE: I found an app, Better Open With, that solved the above issue -- all video player apps are now visible. Of the several player apps I have installed, Video Player All Format is the best.
Moved to VLC from Mx player which basically is bloated with useless features and intrusive ads. The best and as free video player available so far. And the UI is good. Thank you developers. Great work.
Best video player on PC. Once all the bugs are sorted, best player on Android and Apple as well. Well done to the developer. If anyone is having issues with the new update. Just move the app from your SD card back to your internal memory.

It the best video player out in the playstore. I would very much like to have my ringtones not showing up when I switch to music. Please make this change in the next update, when i play music it also plays ringtones.

This kind of player I was looking for. I just uninstalled my previous player. Xplayer fulfilled my all desires from a phone video player. It can play any format. scrolling is awesome. subtitile download system is improved here. I want color theme.

Previously had the MX player, but kept having problems with it and finally uninstalled it. I got this one, have been only delighted with it. I especially like being able to scroll forward or back to a specific point without adversely affecting the video. I had difficulty doing with the MX, that being one of the issues with that particular app. So far, this is outstanding ! I also still have the VLC player, but truly have no need to revert to it. And the scrolling function on this is far superior.
