Non-functional app that just tries to get you to pay them money and watch really long ads everytime you attempt to use it

Awful app. Everything paid. Many links, and on the videos that generate the links to cast. Most of them down or don't work. And they ask you to watch an add to see nothing and you finish reporting the video for them. I feel like I'm working for free for the developer. And in some sites even when the video is playing, it doesn't recognize it. It is frustrating, and worse than the screen mirroring on the fire TV. The screen mirroring doesn't look so bad now. Don't get the paid version either...

Very unreliable, hardly ever connects. And when it works, it pesters me constantly with popup windows. Very annoying to be interrupted by these. I paid for the app, I just want to use it without interruption. Edit: I have tried everything inside the FAQ, the app is pretty much useless most of the time. I'm not prepared to spend hours every day turning on and off the Fire Stick and wifi in the hope that your app might decide to start working. How about you work to ensure basic functionality.

It worked OK for a while then started to randomly disconnect for no reason, now won't connect at all. I've tried all the remedies that the dev has advised other users to do, but to no avail. In any case, since the last big update my fone has built-in screen mirroring which detects my Amazon TV without issue. So basically this app is redundant any way. I also purchased the iOS version for my iPad sometime prior to getting this version. That has also ceased working! Built in obsolescence?

Installed the app so I could use it to watch videos through a paid-subscription website that uses casting and screen mirroring to transfer to TV. Does not work at all. I can open up the site through the app and begin playing the movie but it will not cast to the TV. It just continually searches for videos links within the site even while one of them is actually playing on the app. Tried reporting it to the site to be added but of course nothing was done. Pretty much useless.

This app's inconsistency is just unbelievable. Sometimes it's easy to cast to your TV, other times it's ridiculously hard. The ads are ridiculous sometimes, but that's not even why I'm giving them 2 stars. It's how ridiculous of a struggle it takes to cast to your TV about half the time. This is the first review I've written on an app in forever because it pissed me off that much. It should not be that hard to cast something to your TV, it's 2021 cmon.

The app only works when the phone is on. If my screen is off the movie stops. I've tried purchasing the full version and it still wouldn't play with the screen off. The app is useless if I have to keep my phone on. UPDATE: If you are having these problems, check you battery settings. It was set to heavily optimize. That fixed it

I downloaded the app to both my fire tv and my phone. I am able to connect and cast the YouTube video for the duration of the AD before the video. Then the app jumps to a screen saying to download the app to cast. What? That's why you're open and worked for the ad! Tried several ways and different videos. Definitely A BIG glitch. Have to uninstall.

I am beyond satisfied with this app, I had to of downloaded at least 6 or 7 other screen mirroring apps that simply either didn't work at all or would not find the videos in my web browser. It took me about 2 minutes to learn how to navigate this app, and I didn't even have to connect it to my Amazon TV stick it did it automatically.

...I want to open a movie on my Fire Tablet and watch it on my Fire Edition TV. Does your app do this without a stuttering picture? UPDATE: I set up your apps, but no success. I find it difficult to believe that I can't perform this on two Amazon devices with a Prime membership. I'm pretty sure I read that I could because they're linked. Can you please type a response and not c/p one from your list? My aggravation comes from constant auto-responses that never answer my questions. Thank you.

The main issue I have with this app is when you pause the video you're watching and press play 5 or 10 minutes later it won't continue playing so you have to reset and then fast forward to where you were because this app doesn't remember of what your progress is for that video. If the makers of this app cast can fix it so that when you press play after pausing, it will continue the video with no issue, I will then give it 5 stars.

It streams more consistantly with less buffering than this same app for Samsung.....until it doesn't . When it doesn't work it's incredibly frustrating and takes forever to be recognized by the Firestick. I come from a place of good outweighs the bad, but when it glitches it's HORRIBLE. I still use it daily, unless it's in a mood.

App let's me connect my tablet with my TV so I can watch movies through it. Setting up the two devices was easy. Streaming is faster & smoother with this set up than using the internet app on the tv or Amazon silk. I bought the ad free version after testing the free version. The ad free version removes ads native to the application, not any websites, which is expected. UI is simple enough. It's pretty much a browser that can communicate with the app on the TV.

Terrible don't waste your time. By the end of the ad, it forgets what video wanted to cast and forces you to watch more ads. You can only select one at a time. You waste so much time reselecting and watching ads. Why would I purchase something with such an awful free version?

Allows me to connect once, but if I leave for too long and my firestick goes to sleep then it is unable to reconnect even if I shut everything down and restart. Also, it keeps default connecting to the wrong firestick which admittedly might be part of the problem. Overall it is a decent mirror app unless the reciever goes to sleep and then it is rendered absolutely useless.

This app is not even worth 1 star. This app is a piece of garbage. Instructions and / or tutorials are virtual non-existent. The app would connect briefly to the Fire stick, and then lose the connection. I never was able to cast to my TV!

Works perfectly on the galaxy a11, sometimes I have to cast twice to watch, my only complaint is I paid for the upgrade and I still have to watch pointless ads that don't want to play all the time in order to cast. Casting should happen automatically I paid for the app pro so why the ads? If you get rid of the stupid ads to cast movies I'll gladly rate you 5 stars. Above all keep up the great work. I did however take another star away because all of the extras are pay to use. I already paid once

I really hate the fact that if you pause the video for more than 5 minutes, you have to reload to video and then fast forward by 10 second increments to get back to where you were. If someone can fix that, I would increase the rating to 5 state

This is simple app for quick casting solutions on my fire tv ..It shows errors at times..but you have to to some refresh around to achieve ..it's okay for non premium solution..I am okay to upgrade to premium solution but skeptical about the issues that I have in non premium solutions..they should have some trial days to see how things work with premium

Ads for every video on casting

I cannot get this app to work for nothing. It always tells me I do not have a network connection but I am connected. Or, it tells me I'm not connected to my fire stick when I am. It will act like it is going to cast a video and then it will just keep spinning that it is loading but never loads. Totally useless and so frustrating.

this used to work great, and I have the paid version, but the past few months i have not had one successful video NOT be overloaded with ads. I have an ad blocker on my phone, and through just my browser, it blocks 100% of ads, but not on your app? it IS your app. waste of money.

Paid for the app a long time ago and wanted to use it again and it doesn't connect to fire stick. Tried to follow instructions from the app on fire stick with a link a just directs me to play store to buy another app. Noup. Not gonna happen....disappointed. don't buy this app. It's a scam

My free version review is 5 stars but my paid version of the premium edition is 1 star. I love this app but why does the free version work better then the paid premium version? It worked for one night and now I can't get anything to load!!! I cleared the data, cache, AI thing and can't get it to work. This is exactly what I was afraid of. I would rather donate the $5 if I can get my free version back

No use for me even if it was free but it is not!!! Cost $10 while there are plenty of free ones.My first daft step was buying this one thinking must be a really good one if they can get away charging that much. WRONG!!!. Finally got their email. I am not sure if I'm the daft or the app is the daft one. Casting from S9 to Firestick is a bunch of convoluted steps with no result. Should come with a casting button so dafts could use it too. I'm just browsing with Fire tv using YouTube premium.

Like others have mentioned once it ask you to play an ad to watch a video, when the ad loads, the video you wanted casted to your tv will shut off and your tv will say the video is not supported. rinse and repeat over and over again. completely worthless app.

The app is good for what it's worth, for free users, although they encourage premium subscription for removal of ads and access to all features. If you have a Fire stick but want the convention of streaming some of your favorite content, the web browser feature on this app does the trick.

My gosh, I understand the importance of ads but it'll be great if they loaded at all ! App asks me to watch an ad so I can cast to the TV and then freezes in the loading screen rendering the app Useless. Can't even reach the casting part of the app due to the adds.

ok but sometime slow response from fire stick make it difficult to control. video with high quality keep pausing...why not make a big buffer or allow reduce resolution. will continue to use but looking for something better.
