With Video & TV Cast you can browse through the web and stream any online video on your Google Cast enabled device (movies, tv shows, sports, music and more). Just navigate to your favorite website and send the embedded video with a single tap to your TV or gaming console. The discovered video will be shown below the browser. A tap on the video link will send it to your Google Cast enabled device immediately.

* NOT SUPPORTED Videos: Flash video, Google Play movies, Netflix, Amazon and HBO and other DRM protected videos web-videos, online-movies, livestreams and live-tv shows.
* Please test your websites and videos in the free edition! If casting fails, upgrading will NOT make it work magically.
* The app does NOT mirror your full Android device, it just pushes the video part of a website to your Nexus Player.
* To play mp4, m3u8 or other videofiles directly on Nexus Player just enter or paste the full video-url in the browser address bar.
* Sometimes it is necessary to play the video on your Android device before the link gets detected for casting.
* If the connection does not work, please try to restart your Android device, Nexus Player and wifi router.
* If a specific web-video, online-movie, livestream or live-tv show does not cast, please check our FAQ or send the website and video link to [email protected] by using the report feature in the app. We will try to add support for your video as soon as possible. Leaving negative Play Store reviews without any information about your issue will not give us a chance to help you.
* Security Note: For your safety Video & TV cast only needs minimal Android permissions to work. Unlike others we do NOT access your identity data, accounts, device id, phone status, gps location or contacts. >>> QUICK START GUIDE
1) Wait some seconds until the red icon in the menu bar changes to a filled white icon. If your Nexus Player is not found, please restart the app.
2) Google your favorite video (e.g. on youtube) or enter the video-url directly in the browser address bar by tapping on the pen icon in the menu bar.
3) Wait some seconds until the video link (mp4, m3u8, etc.) is shown below the browser. If "No videolink found to cast" stays, please play the video locally in the browser first and open it in fullscreen mode, then wait some seconds.
4) After the link is detected tap on "Tap here to cast" below the browser and casting will start. To stop casting, please tap on the cast icon in the menu bar.
5) Enjoy your web-video, online-movie, livestream or live-tv show and share our app on Twitter or Facebook :)

This is a completely useless App. It doesn't cast to anything. I have an Android TV, a new Samsung TV, a the newest Firestick and an actual Chromecast dongle. This app won't cast my own personal videos that I've made of myself on the camera of my cellphone. It won't cast videos I've purchased and downloaded from several websites. Worst of all, there are trending videos that appear on the App itself from YouTube and VEVO that won't cast to any devices. DON'T waste your money on this App!!!!
Sketchy at most! Freezes, looses connection, can't find my tv! Very irritated at the whole Casting system! Post-Script: Although I'm still not a huge fan of the app, I did find that an update had been done on my T.V. After Uninstalling that update, it works better. My internet is above what I can ever use in a month.
Not able to use due to only got WiFi on cell not in home.
I have a galaxy s8+, and tab s3. I just bought a hisense 65h9f android tv. Bought the ultimate version of this app. On both the phone and tablet it won't let me log in saying the the built in browser is unsecure. I can get my screen to cast with the separate home app. But it cast in incredibly low res. I've tried it with both my 5 and 2.4 wifi networks. This set of apps are worthless.
I downloaded this app on both my Samsung Galaxy J3 Acheive and my HiSense Android Tv that says it has chromecast built in, but I could never get it to work, so I got this app hoping it would work. On my phone, the app recognizes it as AndroidTv, but when I click cast, it does nothing except continue playing on my phone. Tried using a similar app on my Amazon FireTv stick as well, and still didn't work. In my opinion, Chromecast is full of baloney unless it's on a Google Pixel or Chrome device.
Most of the time I try to link to my Vizio with Chromecast, I have to restart my phone once and the tv multiple times to get them to connect. Sometimes I just give up.
Terrible app that tries to siphon every little bit of money it can. Can't even close adds on other websites without buying that option from the app. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRIVILEGE TO CLOSE ADS ON OTHER PLATFORMS. How much more money hungry can you get Customer service is terrible. I was refused help after contacting their team regarding a issue with linking 2 devices. In short a terrible app that is run by terrible money hungry people. Klomp poese
incredibly poor experience on the free version. Could not stream anything due to constant demand for buying premium features. Would definitely buy premium if there was at least one day of trial of all the features to showcase how good your app is
Wanted to stream Glastonbury from Galaxy note 10 to Sony android TV. Couldn't get this to play the links it picks up so am uninstalling. Just downloaded another app for screen mirroring and that works in a slightly different way but does work perfectly.
My friend had Android TV & I didn't think it was still a thing until he wanted to watch a movie & my phone which birthday can stream to pretty much any smart TV or device was having problems. This app solved that problem instantly
17.04.2021, looking good in play with out ads 10/2/2020 When we play videos from phone to Android TV can't play smoothly playing video stopped again and again and one video have so many links we try and find real one but it's not playing smoothly this happened when i reset my TV app it's like new version so I also reinstall my phone app also but same problem so PL send me updates of phone and Android TV app )
Did not work at all. Installed on both devices. First it wants to show you ad and afterwards tells one your device isnt capable of casting. Bad experience. Do not install.
As soon as I pay for the premium version the app stops working. Its saying it doesn't see any of the tv to cast from. Funny how before I paid it was picking up my 2 rooms perfectly. I want my refund ASAP!
Terrible app! The worse user interface and experience I have ever seen. Not to mention ads all over the place. Basic functions are difficult to find and use.
Non premium app is a lie. Tap to cast and prompted "watch ad before casting or go premium". No problem with me except when it loads the ad, app crashes and says video type not supported.
Totally useless. I get a casting screen on the TV (2018 VIZIO) but nothing is being cast. After this review I'm just going to uninstal it. What a waste of time.
I was in a hurry. I just didn't read a place on the instruction I didn't want to wait so I bought a Roku or $35 they wanted $10 a year to use their app. not sure they have the Roku anyway with the remote control, is the Roku breaks in 3 and 1/2 years than I lost.
Earlier it was working properly but suddenly after some time it is casting only videos. Now It is neither rotating or showing videos in full screen nor showing images.

I just want to mirror my screen and this app is so full of ads I'd rather find one of the few remaining blockbusters and rent a dvd. Disgusting.
Doesn't work. For screen mirroring, just prompts you to download another app costing $8.99 to install. Rip off. Don't bother.
Not even connecting been in the same networki did and saw all Developer suggestions not even so it worked. I suggest do more es for W 11/
i have to put a put star to post this but a zero star rating isn't even close tho this app. honestly the worst app to use, have bought ad blockers then went on to premium and still within three months have not succefully used the app to it's fullest if I even can that is,literally not even 20 mins trying and I just give up, honest to god do not even waste your time with this programme.
I would like to give this app five stars because it is absolutely hilarious, I love it. Reason I give it one star is so that somebody doesn't think it's a real app and downloads it to use. It's amazing the ads and how they keep cycling you back to buying more from the company, should be in every marketing class in America, effing brilliant and hilarious great sense of humor guys! Even the YouTube tutorials on how to get rid of ads is a plug, amazing, true genius!
I have downloaded this app 5 min ago, but im sorry coz im gonna uninstall it, the reason for that : Every time i want to watch a video from the gallery of my phone on my TV... It says "you must watch AD first"! The app it self is free but everything inside that app has a price.
Phones May not able to bring the sound effect which are critical for some items. Can be played without TV which is very convenient
The app has been beyond terrible to use. Not at all intuitive. Videos on hotstar that are playing directly on the browser are not playing through this app.
Absolutely horrible, it didn't work and I can't unsubscribe. Pop up after pop up. No email address to request the cancelation. Complete sham
No thank you. I bought the lifetime tv cast app, but now I have to buy the screen mirroring app? I'm getting a Chromecast before I find out what else you're going to charge me for.
I have had this app awhile, its fine until I changed my phone. Now, on my replacement phone, despite following the instructions to get back my purchased items, which were all of them! I have a choice of Pro or Ultimate versions? How do I know which one I have? I get a free trial, upgrade it with everything two years ago, then it just repeats, wanting me to pay again, it clearly indicates all items purchased. I did not give one star, it did work once. Please fix this.
