Video & TV Cast | Ultimate

I use this app with a Motorola G6 Android phone and Roku TV... it works like a charm! Paying for the upgrade is definitely worth it. No more ads or pop-ups. I had a few connection issues in the beginning, but customer service was outstanding! I'm very happy with it. Thank you! Edit: I've been using this app for 2+ years. Still great! 👍

Not really worth the purchase, the free version is good enough. I wanted something to stream content when i was away from home but i encountered way too many pop-ups, so many they kicked me out of the full screen often because of errors. Even when I wanted to change the volume, video quality, or accidentally touched the screen the pop-ups appeared. For the pay version i was hoping to visit sites without the annoying pop up notifications but that was not the case. I am very disappointed.

It works for the most part for me. There are some some streaming websites that I wished it worked with. I'm not talking about YouTube or Netflix or anything else that has an app. I've noticed they have improved streaming quality though. It works great with my LG tv. For the most part if the link works it takes about 10 seconds for videos to load.

Absolute waste of money. Screen mirroring is totally useless. Edit: I wanted to clarify for the sake of the reply trying to save face. I wrote this review after the FAQ, after SEVERAL attempts with the absolutely worthless support through both their email and Facebook page. On the rare times I could get screen mirroring to work for more than a blip without crashing, the frame rate is SO BAD I couldn't do anything worthwhile.

well I had been delighted with the first app I'd purchased. That's until it stopped working and I couldn't get it to work again. Yet I purchased another "ultimate" version (against my better judgement) only to find out that I can't even get it past the "close" / "download app" screen after I purchased, downloaded and opened it. So I'm now left thinking that it was not a good investment of my money. Especially if I can't seem to reach anyone to at least rectify the situation.

Fantastic app. I watch a sport where each team has its own paid webcast and with this app I can easily cast it to the TV, the Firestick or Chromecast. I have the paid version after using the free one for so long, the added extras for only a few pounds for lifetime use if brilliant, highly recommend.

Have not been able to get this app to work with any website that I wanted to cast video from to my TV. Tried with a Chromecast , fire stick and a Roku TV. Bought it to stream some sports from websites that I watch without problems on my PC, but wanted to steam from my tablet, and have my laptop or PC free to do other things. Just a heads up, only works with certain web stream types.

It was able to detect my Roku and display the sample video as well as ads in trial mode but as soon as I paid it could no longer find it. The silver lining was that it happened to fail quickly enough for me to get a refund on my money. If only I could get a refund on all the time I spent trying to make it actually do its job. I'd give this app 0 stars if I could as it doesn't deserve any.

Amazing app. Does exactly what it says. I don't know why everyone is rating it badly. You need to have this and the app for your device downloaded. If you check the settings, you can even disable ads as well as use an AI ad block. I've been using it with my LG TV and Apple devices. Now I have the Android version, and it performs similarly. Thanks for making streaming easy!

You know, I never really put a lot of faith and trust in a lot of the comments as I feel that they are mostly either bots or friends or ? But, I bought the Ultimate as o just wanted it to work and get all the bells and whistles but, it doesn't. Work that is. Total waste of my $. Didn't read until later that if the free version wouldn't work. then upgrading wouldn't magically solve it. Now, how do I get $ back?

I tried a lot of similar apps trying to stream video files to roku in a way that works well, this app is great. The ads were annoying but inobtrusive, I chose to buy it because I was using it frequently and wanted the expanded features. Its cool to know this app will also unlock other device related streaming apps they make.

Im a little confused. Love your apps and use them on my iPads all the time. I purchased the Ultimate Edition for all my iPads. I use them all the time and never have one problem with them. However on my iPads the Ultimate Edition let's you download and use all the Pro Versions. Here on Android it does not. And the ones I've downloaded on my Android will not recognize on my network what the ones on my iPad will, which are all Pro. What is up with that? An explanation would be greatly appreciated.

After updating to Android 9 Pie, this ultimate app will not unlock any of the features of the other apps, even though it says the unlock was successful. I followed their troubleshooting advice. I emailed them, but they won't even respond to me. Very disappointed in the developer.

Complete rip off. You pay 7.99 and don't even get everything. You have to pay to get other stuff and it downloads more onto your phone. Complete waste of time, money and space... completely regret spending money on this app. Money I cannot get back

The only improvement I can think of is if you could use the app to make your tv switch over to the corresponding app, like how an LG remote has buttons to open to certain apps. Or build in some remote control features to adjust volume and whatnot. Works great for what I want it to!

I have a galaxy s8+ and a tab s3. I recently bought a hisense 65h9f android tv with chromecast built in. When I try to set it up (ultimate version) I get an error message saying that the built in browser is unsecure secure and stops the set up process. I did download the additional home app. I can get that to cast but it does so at an incredible low res that is almost unwatchable. This group of apps are worthless.

I absolutely love the functionality of this app and how well it works with my Roku, however, it absolutely needs to have a playing now somewhere on the app screen so you can tell what file you are listing too or watching. No where on the app does it say what your playing, nor does it say anything in the Roku side of things. Please introduce and integrate this new feature and make all of your fans happy. I paid for the full app as do many, and this is a basic feature to be added... God Bless

At first this app was a hit and miss using a fire stick and cellphone, but bought full version and now works great. I rely on a certain webpage for tv being a cable cutter. Not all streaming websites work but thankfully this one does. No to mention a more stable connection than using fire stick alone.

what a rip-off! the free version bombarded me with ads, but at least it worked 3 times out of 5. since they swindled me out of my money it works once a day. i uninstalled and asked for a refund. that was at least a week ago. 2kit is permanently blacklisted with me and i will forever discourage everyone i know to find a free alternative to anything with the 2kit logo on it.

Awesome app, but I wish there were a cleaner way to select a video for casting. If a site has a lot of ads, they all register as videos to be casted, and it's not clear which video is the one I want just from the list of URLs

Omg this app is awful. I paid for it and then was hit with another paywall to cast my screen. The features on the paid version didn't even work to begin with and even when it managed to find my device it would just say connected and still play the video through my phone. Do NOT spend your money on this. Overpriced and doesn't even work.

None of the other apps are showing as having premium unlocked after installing/reinstalling this. edit: I did try restoring as FAQ suggested under "issues with ultimate" and I did send email prior to the original review. I've not heard back from the email.

Bought the app, but still says $4.99. I purchased the Ultimate app, when I open the app it says "Thank you for your purchase" and gives me 2 options - close app and download apps. When I click download apps - all the apps shown are 4.99 each. This is just a BS! And I did wait for hours and days, uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck! Lost $4.99. Hope the dev sees this and fixes this.

I purchased this app on my backup or alternate account because the $ were in there but when I tried to use it it would not work ! I tried changing accounts thinking that might be the issue but still did not work!( other apps i download work no matter which i use!even tried setting up guest mode for alt. Account still did not work)(maybe this is not the issue idk.) It is difficult to use if that is issue! Either way when making these apps. Keep in mind average person doesn't have your knowledge.

Difficult to set up with my LG tv. Also interferes with Android auto. After about 10 minutes using Android Auto, Video & TV cast launches and shuts down Android auto. I uninstalled Video & TV Cast, problem solved. Don't waste your time or money.

Was a bit rough in the beginning, has too many IP addresses. But now I figured it out and love it. Although I would make a suggestion as adding a key explaining each function. Ie; m3u8 240 Chunks?? to a beginner such as I am, that's all "Chinese" but now it's better than Chromecast... I do also have Chromecast.

falsely describing the app and the fact that your last update to the ultimate tier was back in 2019 shows me your not just 3 years behind in tech and updates youre more like 7 to 10 years behind because 2019!? are you kidding me.... you have my emaili explain to hear back by this friday by noon or i will proceed with the 3 steps i informed you about. thank you for your time and thank you for falsely sellingn this app based on outdated tech and product descpt not relevant anylonger..... no one

Been using it without issue for 2 year with the chrome cast except for minor hickup here and there. Would appreciate if there was a "history tab" that you can go to and back. Been waiting for that for so long. All and all good job developers.

Paid for an app that just sends me to more paid apps . Waste of money and misleading....was supposed to unlock features but when I selected the cast to Samsung smart tv it carried me to a $4.99 app to download. I didn't need a $10 app to guide me to other paid apps. Apologize if I missed how to not have to pay for directed-to apps but I stopped at the point where it was asking for more money.
