Has become impossible to use with my android phone. No way now to access alarm system remotely. Looking for alternatives.
Clunky, no video on alarms as promised and annoying as hell alarm even after it's been resolved.
works on occasion, Has nothing to do with Internet connection. stopped working all together ...says network error. update ..will not connect at all now

Doesn't work well or at all on Galaxy S7s. Probably the same on other phones with newer OS.

It connects and disconnects to the panel all the time! I suspect that it's not compatible with the latest version of android, marshmallow 6, because I tried it on another smartphone with android 4.4 and it worked well. Please fix it! You have not updated it for eight months!
It has potential but is kinda cluncky. It hasnt been updated from what I see for about 2 years. Needs to sync faster, option to silence or vibrate only alarms with video / photo auto on.
Almost always requires multiple attempts to accomplish anything and often doesn't work at all. The most slow, clunky, unreliable, frustrating and ineffective app I have ever installed by a wide margin. Thinking of replacing our camera and alarm company if they can't provide a better option.
