Very bad and worst d2h service I gave complient about re-location that is also only fixing they r taking 450Rs. And already it's 48hrs now no response from customer care dear customers pls don't take videocon d2h please buy airtel very good response from customer care with in 2hrs they solve the problem very less cost compare tho this
It is worst app when i enter my customer id or registerd mobile no it says unable to get details. If i entered others customer id automatically app close. I check two more mobiles. And website very bad nowdays cannot recharge or login properly. It take to load too much of time even 5mbps leasesd line connections.
Guys I should have bought your subscription only for 8 months coz this f**cking D2h never works in rain season. Every year I loose my money in these 4 months coz your D2H cant sustain in rain. I must say this is the biggest con business in the world. If you have some decency then only reply dont reply with stupid sorry for your trouble auto generated email.
This app, when opened, will launch an instance of their mobile website. It's much easier to go directly to the website from a browser like chrome. Also the page that opens is confusing and need to hunt a lot to find the required links. The customer service is also pathetic. No one has any idea about the packages properly. Even if you take a long term plan, there is no guarantee that you will get those channels for sure. They will change the package contents in between without prior intimation to us.
worst service ever seen in my life. don't go for Videon because they will treat Customer very cheaply . I my case My Tv burned due to Mirror connection normally i don't know what is mirror connection but when I asked Videocon Customer care my requirement then they advised me mirror connection but they have cheated because due to their Mirror connection setup on Tv leakage voltage burned Other Tv due to cheap circuit they used. when I went to separate mirror till nor from August 8 to August 16 now developm
Very bad customer service. I recharge my d2h customer I'd 713552 with Rs 400 on dated 7th June 2017 through videocon d2h website. Same time I got message for payment deduction. When I check my d2h account no recharge done. I call to customer support, I shocked when they said "you should have wait for 36 hours". Reather than launch a compliant, they said me you should your complaint through mail. Either wait for 36 hour. I am going to surrender Videocon connection and please don't trust on this company.
Let me tell you what happend, Videocon went to paytm and ask them Ai bhai Allah ke naam pe hamari app banado den paytm said bhai nothing is free apko pay karna padega. Videocon was disappointed coz they never realize they will pay for something so "insignificant" but they end paying Rs.500 in 24 months EMI so in return paytm created a bogus App in comparison to their own so ye thi videocond2h ki story ek frustrated consumer ki zubani. Jai Hind.
Worst DTH I have ever seen. EVERY TIME it says No singles are Found even when there are no Clouds and Rains.And Worst Customer Care service response.And the customer service always demand Service chargers..worst remote with no warranty.Changed 3 remotes since 6 months and Again I Have To Pay Service charges...worst worst worst !! I have Platinum pack Yet unsatisfied !
Executive says we will not provide service until u pay 200 rs and we will not give receipt for the same. If u want our help take it or change ur provider. This is what the solution they have. Put a comolaint on 16th dec and no service till now.
Videocon d2h service is d worst service i hv ever come accross.. do not purchase videocon d2h. Whenevr it rains even if its raining d whole day it doesnt catches signal. Means you have to be widout cable d whole day..its d worst service. Would prefer dat u take it from local cable provider
No one month package visible by default. You need to enter amount in custom. Account details are also not visible
No need to download this app for recharging your d2h better you can go through other app like paytm and all at least your can get some cash back...Here you will get only options for recharge and balance amount of your d2h..no offers and all...

bakwas app not correct show is definate price on definate pack over due date faltu not recharge in paytm anyone.. 15 Apr recharge d2h 855 for 3 month 4 days.. but his recgarge after shown expiry due on 15 jun 2017 his only 2 month but app offer is 3 months free 4 days but i will not get. please do not recharge on paytm throw d2H bakwas service d2h not excepting for videocon d2h
app only allows recharge. no change in packages/ upgrade/ downgrade. does not even list channels sunscribed
While recharging one is required to go paytm. No direct access through net banking, debit or credit card. No use of this app

This is the worst. D2h Signal prlm eventhough there is no climatic prlm To recharge u r compellling and stopinng the channels but after recharge also its still showing as not recharged . I hate thiz No one buy this videocon d2b Itts totally waste

Videocon is the worst company I ever seen, all the time cheat to customers, they sell their own channel first when we start tv, channel prices are too high, application not even open in mobile, I want to fire my set top box
We can't see peckege and change what mean of app we can also recharge via other platform waste of time to download this app
I have two accounts how do I view both simultaneously. No option to do so. Have to sign in all time separately all the time remembering the login credentials.

This seems to be the worst app, this is another way to cheat customers. After you pay amount coming in this app, you see your account get activated for less period than what is committed. I recharged in 12 months+30 days offer but didn't get what was committed in this app. Suggest to avoid this app rather try some other way to recharge.
