I have downloaded the apps and can escrow through instruction however when I click start to operate the app close instantl. Kind help I use a Samsung note 9 and samsung s10+. Tried it in both phone same result.

Tried using it instructions are trash cut my fingers twice cause I couldn't control it almost broke it internet connection wouldn't work to sync it don't buy drone return it
