This app locks your cameras and you cant unlock them unless you reset the system at your house. It's supposed to be a mobile app so you dont have to be home to look at the cameras. It's annoying and this problem has been going on for 6 months. ADT with what you charge for fees this is ridiculous! Fix it!
i absolutely hate this app. never consistently works. haven't been able to open it for days. tried rebooting system. nothing. hate it. wouldn't recommend it to anyone
App does not work correctly. Keeps saying user is locked. Did everything tech support suggested and I'm still locked.
I gave it 2 stars because it only works 20% of the time. Constantly locks me out. Hard to believe that a huge corporation like ADT would use an app that you can view only 20% of the time
This app works perfectly. As long as you keep up with your technical aspects such as changing up addresses, you will be perfectly fine.
Horrible application. Hardly ever works, especially the "away" mode, which is what is needed the most!!
I can't get my cameras to load up, we were WAY OVERCHARGED to not have the cameras to load up, we are looking in to new SECURITY

Terrible updated android and hasn't worked for 2 days they need to do something about this we paid to much money for system
It's really great but nobody seems to know how to get it back on once it needs to be rebooted

Dont! They LIED to me. It WILL NOT GIVE U ALERTS. 3 TECHS CAME OUT.. THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY AND JUNK APP.. BUYER BEWARE. THIS SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

App does not work.. Won't recognize any device I try to input. When I enter the information for the device and hit start preview it just goes back to the previous screen with no message of why. Preventing me from seeing my daughter in daycare
No support for Android 9. Purchased these adt dahua cameras. Anyone know of any other app I can use that will work besides this one.
App was ok until the latest Android update...then it completely stopped working. No support and no communication on when we could expect a fix.
Terrible app & zero support. As with the HD version, continuous crashing & profile will not save with a Pixel 2 XL running Android 9. Can't even monitor my house remotely as a result....

Absolutely horrible. After spending almost three hours on the phone with the company to fix whatever glitch was happening, it happened yet again today. We would have been better off buying cameras off of Amazon and using a free camera app.
App was working perfectly until you updated now it does not work. I have a Samsung S7 Edge and I get the error that the device is not supported
Used to work great until the new update. Now I can not view my cameras. This needs to be fixed!
This app works just fine and is great! After reading all the reviews I was kind of worried, I was experiencing similar problems but figured out it was because of port forwarding one call to ADT technical support problem resolved and I'm able to view my cameras at home and away from from home! App works great! Thanks ADT!
