Slow, and none of the controls at the bottom of the video feed work. Does not work on iPad at all, will not connect. ADT won't help, says to contact developers, who never respond.
Used to work fine, after the last system update all the settings were wiped out. Tried adding cameras back in and the system says it's already defined but won't display anything.
Terrible app. It's like it was made for windows 3.1. Can only use in landscape mode?? Hot garbage.
Keeps giving me a login timeout error. Cost money each time we have to send the representative out to update the system.
bought new phone and now the app does not work at all it was working fine on my Galaxy S9 Now that I have the 20 I cannot load my cameras

App is apparently not optimized for my Galaxy Tab S3. Unable to update storage settings for saving pictures and video clips to SD card. Wish there was an option for camera view in full screen format/without all the borders. Actual image preview size is ok on tablet, but too small to be very useful on smartphone.
Is this app even supported anymore? How long has Android 9 been out? WTH?! Useless on Android Pie, considering the app crashes when attempting to save a simple device profile. Android v9 on Pixel 2. XL.
Remote access stopped working. Works fine when at home.

Just did the latest update. Playback is not working. Pcture Stays at 12am no matter where you move timeline.

Quit working and wiped all my settings when I updates to Andriod 9 Pie. Crashes when trying to manually add the cameras back again. I expect better from ADT to be paying so much for it. Not to metion the continued lock to landscape mode with menus going off the screen that can't be scrolled, and stretched video appearance on longer phone screens!
